what's the greatest book to read on early native americans around the time of meeting white men for the first time? I'd love to hear the native american's take on the subject. I feel a United States history book will be misleading on the subject.
I would like to learn more about the Native Americans of today. Not Indian but NATIVE AMERICAN. I do share A bloodline of A Native American. We called him PAPA.
Understand everything you say. I have been carrying research into my family and found that an ancestor was a General at the time of the American Civil War. He was a commander at Fort Laramie and Gov of Wyoming. He was chairman of investigated committee into the Sand Creek massacre.
I completely respect your research negba. That's why I saved this video, and I do want to learn more about this side of my family TREE. Because this side does exist in my Bloodline. I am also upset that I harly seen any actual full blooded NATIVE AMERICANS in AMERICA. I see every other NATIONALITY but this one. I am BITTER when it comes to this subject, because I feel an IMPORTANT part of our history is missing when no NATIVE AMERICANS of today is HARLY EVEN SEEN.
I wonder how does A Native American of today Look? One that's like in there Twenty's. My Great Great Grandpa was A Full Native American. He had very extreme long hair. When he aged, his hair took on A wool snow white color.
