Great soundtrack, yes probably one of the least good Bond films, it tried to hard to be funny, just ended up being - well, smutty. YOLT though is in a totally different league, one of the best Bonds........

@adfDavid I disagree YOLT was way way way to long and boring. Diamonds are Forever was great for the most part and funny . After Goldfinger the gadgets and gimmicks were way to contrived like the jetpack in Thunderball convienantly there and the hoses in the bondmobile . Diamonds are Forever put a little well placed levity into itself. Although not a favorite of mine originally it has now close to the Top with Goldfinger number 1.

@stfwho well, they could have gone the Austin Powers route and devised a time tunnel, but not as ridiculous as the Bond films got further into the 70's and 80's lol...but I wish the new Bonds get abit more creative with their villains and henchmen, if they don't Bond will just get to be a version of the Bourne films...and please producers, if Madonna offers to sing the theme tune again, turn her down...tc
