Poor Jaedong.. I was hoping he would win. But man, that wraith micro was insane. Just like cholera said, very few terran can micro like that. I can name about 3 myself. That was a nice move though, once he saw the wraith, he want to speed upgrade the overlord. Great game indeed.

But seriously, that game was intense and awesome. I still can't put it up there with Flash vs. Luxury, but it was one of my ten or twenty favorite games so far. There was NEVER a dull moment in that game, and sometimes there was so much action the observers couldn't catch it all. But still not one major slip in micro. And an excellent commentary, too!

I'd disappointed that the Jaedong let himself be harassed so much, he should've build anti-air (spores) at every base as soon as he saw that wraith-bunch. He let the 3rd base be without a spore :P

spore are expensive. If you build spore everywhere, you get outmacroed by ground units, and therefore raeped badly.

ALSO true, but your forgetting that jaedong does not know when Flash will stop dedicating with wraiths and switch to ground units. Flash had a huge army on foot, If Flash saw those expensive spores going up he would have just walked right in and trampled jaegong.

He lost a Hatchery and plenty of drones, so I think 2 spores would've been worth it. It would've also protect a bit from the sci-vessels from coming too near.

When Jaedongs second hydra attack failed Flash typed "GG?" in korean I think, and Jaedong answerd "...". Flash never irradiated a drone, that was actually a defiler.

All air units stack well over minerals or gas, but they become steadily unstacked over time. But since he was walled in, it's possible Flash used a ground unit. Later he might have used a seiged tank (Does that work? Selecting a group of air with a seige tank in seige mode to stack them?).

Yes it works. There's a fair chance that's what he did later on, but he didn't have siege mode all that soon when he already had like 6+ wraiths. And he was stacking them from the beginning. I'm guessing he used his scv that was constantly building depots and such - with his control he probably has almost no downtime between building producing so scv wouldn't start wondering. I know it could wander since he's closed in his base but we would've seen it if that was the case. Any other ways?

I think that's partly due to the fact they they've been doing this for so long. It's boring for them to talk about some of the details that don't really need to be said. They comment more on the highlights and when the game changes in some significant way than anything else.
