bob meehan got was essentially banned from Houston alternative peer groups for a reason.

I knew Bob back in the 1970s. He is one of the greatest counselors I have ever known. I have watched him talk to people and get them to open up when no one else could. He began a movement that has helped thousands of people, myself included.

Unfortunately he also has several severe character flaws. He uses foul language, likes to shock people and can be judgemental to the point of cruelty. Those character flaws along with some others caused him to hurt those who got too close to him.
