I really don't get why artists get bashed if they're commercial (and I listen to predominantly punk music). She still puts out heartfelt music with deep lyrics that obviously mean something to her. Her songs are still good even though she is commercial. Her sound has changed, but her being commercial doesn't detract from her art that is her music.
