I have just set up my account on line at and it was smooth and easy. Are you sure you are on the New Account Setup page and not on the Account Login page? When you go through the account setup process you will be asked to choose your own pin. On the home page click on the "Need An Account" button in the top right on the purple banner and follow the steps.
I bought the starter kit from Costco and I am trying to setup an account online. From the website, it is asking me besides the account no, to input the PIN no. It doesn't mention how to obtain it. Nowhere on the website I can't find information how to obtain it. I've watched this video and it is totally useless. All I understood is that I have to go to one of their offices to setup the account. It is so frustrating to setup this account. Please, make a more usefull video and give more info. Tks!
During your registration process, you require (not optional) that users provide answers to THREE separate security questions + a PIN number. I'm only signing up for a toll pass, why this level of information?
If your database is ever breached and this level of private data is exposed, I wouldn't be surprised if you saw a class action lawsuit against you. I certainly don't want a hacker to know my high school, first pet's name and city of birth. With that info, a lot of damage can be done.
I agree with 4Eat; In my case, I did everything they told me to do to create an account online and after entering all info, license plate #, credit card #, etc. I hit the buttom to get the $5 sticker pass, however, it told me my 'session timed out' and to log-in, which I did only to be told I don't exist; I am but a 'lost soul' in their system; way to go, Good-to-Go idiots! Now I have to call them before I may have to rinse, lather, repeat to re-enroll in their stupid program! :-(
How many times must we pay or the same thing? Our gas tax already tops all other States? Drive less use less gas, so State comes up short, but fines a way to make it up?? My dream since born and raised in Washington State, is to leave it to the BLIND SHEEP!!.

they showed a white person using a credit card and a plus-sized black woman using an EBT, probably not a good idea.

The actors (traitors) who participated in this ad should be faulted for their willingness to sell out their own People.
