  • Hell Yeah!! Classic From Back In The Day Ya'll. When MUSIC Was GOOD MUSIC.

  • I grew up In Philly listening to Jean Carne and heard her fairly frequeltly on WDAS and around town. She was doing her thing when people like Dee Dee Sharp-Gamble, Lou Rawls, The Jones Girls and others were still recording in Philly. So I was pretty surprised to hear her so infrequently once I moved away from there. Jean is part of what made the Philly sound great and I feel blessed to have grown up with it.

  • brand nubian sample dont let it go to your head

  • I hate listening to her music because her voice makes me horny

Yeah i'm stupid like that I listen anyway

    Damn fine fine super fine

  • Thanks for posting...WJLH! Love, Love, LOVE this song. It is one of my all time favorites. You have excellent taste in music.

  • Wow I still have this on Vynal.. Great tune

  • I haven't heard this song in years. I loved listening to this back in the 70s. Jean has such a unique voice when you hear a Jean Carne song you know it's her, like with Phylis Hyman. Norman Connors always had an ear for talented vocalist. Thanks for posting this one WJLH.

  • I was blown away when I heard this song play in the film "Young Soul Rebels." ( U.K., 1991((?)) ) A STUNNING performance....

  • YES SHE IS SURELY UNDERRATED!

  • Vastly underated and overlooked as a Performer!! She aslso was a featured artis for Norman Conners! I did not realize she had the longevity that she did!!
