  • does glass water burn your feet? sure does to me

  • pfft...wonder boy? you are on a trainning bar, anyone could learn to do half of that in a day

  • @IlKeeenoll lol

  • What kind of boom is that? I'm thinking you wouldn't have to go as fast with that boom due to the vertical lift. This is the best run I've seen.

  • @FA22raptero thats actually an old video. even though it was only a few months ago. now im doin rallys(flips on high booms) but im gonna make more videos wen i can im doin backwards toehold toe ups and lots more and my suit isnt pink anymore ive got a proper barefoot suit so now i can but slide and go further then the boat so i actually can do andres kind buttslide

  • @FA22raptero thx

  • can ppl plz plz plz rite in the search bar my username its about barefooting and plz rate i beg u sooooooooooooo much i did my best

  • Very nice, Ive been water skieing since I was 5 yrs old now 42 and raising my family doing the same things I did as a kid... Wake boarding skieing etc. My oldest son 18yrs wants me to work with him on getting up barefoot. We have a jet boat. Old school hot rod /ski boat....1979 Hondo. Whats a good speed for bare foot skieing and what do you recomend if we have to start in the water while we are learning. Face forward? but start? foot start? Etc... Whats your recomendation... Thanks...

  • @mogyver69 The best would be to begin on a boom if you have the chance, either in a swing or doing a tumble up. If you're going to do it long line the easiest thing would be to start on a kneeboard or better yet a wakeboard. Search "Barefoot Water Skiing's WakeBoard Start". Rule of thumb for speed is Body Weight/10 + 20. (Lbs and mph). So 180lbs/10 + 20 = 38 mph.

  • does it hurt?>

  • @Leonisgoed Nope. tingles maybe. feels great.

  • perfect water..

  • Perfect speed. Nice job.

  • you people are idiots, theres not way in the world you can hit the prop if you let go, think about it, if you let go you automatically slow right down, the boat keeps going at 70 or so km. I barefoot nearly 5 times a week and about to go to germany for the worlds. Im classified as a 'pro" although, not as good as andre, and i use any boat, inboards or outboards

  • Its a outboard barefoot boat knuckleheads:)

  • dudes got flow!!!

  • He resembles Rick Powell which is the highest compliment a barefoot waterskiier can get and can even do Ron Scarpa's side-slide. Nice work!

  • Comment removed

  • he cant be pro..... he has a ski nautique i can tell by the shape of the bow and the shape of the engine box... a real pro barefooter has an outboard boat they allow for greater speeds which are essential in today's barefooting tournment community

  • only problem with ur theory is that the way that he is skiing, if he has an outboard motor there would b a possiblity he could let go of the rope re-mounting the boat, thus he would end up in the propeler. Thats why he uses an inboard motor ;-)

  • Nope because if you use a long line you would not end up in the prop trust me i had an outboard before i began tourment slalom and got a malibu case closed i have true life expreience

  • if u use a long line then u can use either, take it from a barefooter, if u use a boom it is NOT smart to use an outboard motor, on of my friends did and he nearly lost his arm on the lake it was nasty, hes just being safe ;-)

  • not true....and he is pro btw......

  • lakes of katy texas :)

    i was there this summer!

  • that water is yummy

  • how do u ski on mud?

  • lololololollooloolol

    its water

  • ur on the boom dude... dont be proud on the boom

  • fuck up ass, he can do everything he can there on the long line. just more fun on the boom.

  • you cant do it moron, just by saying that i know you still hold on to the bar

  • your lookn at andre de villers mate! he be a barefooting champion his longline work is phenomenal!! you cant give him shit what so ever, he's a barefoot genius

  • at 3:09 hes wearing shoes...

  • This dude & his little brother Zane are simply unbelievable & MIGHTY talented....

  • what lake is that?

  • if i was him i would just lay down. that water is epicly smooth

  • man that water is perfect...

  • dirty water

  • The guy is amazing. Go take some pounders, then realize how difficult this is...

  • Yeah tricks are sweet, but the music is horrible, makes him look like a water skiing tranny who worries about wiping his poop noodle than what sweeter wetsuit hes gonna wear for his next prodoucher barefoot video

  • Great training!!! Keep it up dude.

  • Nice video.i wanna live there it looks sick.

  • he should try a 360 of the boat

  • he should try and put both his feet on the rope when hes backwards and put his hands down to keep him up

  • your an idiot if you think this is lame the stuff this guy does has never been done. sure the surface turns and tricks like that have been but this guy can do an unbelievable amount of never before seen tricks

  • Hey idiot look to what comment I was replying to...... I was commenting on the guy that says you should put your feet over the rope and ski on your hands.. Then I say that shit has been done in the 70's. Figure out the format of you tube and how the comments work before you open up your mouth. You should say nothing at all so people just think your stupid instead of knowing it for sure.

  • so true! any1 clicking the thumbs down button on this is ignorant

  • how fast you goin?

  • i met him up at a barefoot tournament and he said he usually never goes slower than 45

  • I can believe that....nice hard water!

  • This is by far my favorite barefooting video. i am 15 years old and i can do a front deepwater start, one foot, tumble turns, tumble up, toe holds, and i just learned backwards. Im still learning!!!

  • great. i am on the way to learn it ;) i can stand on the foot, but the start from the wakeboard is not easy...

  • i was never into that start, do you have a boom bar? try hanging onto the boom and resting your feet on the boom wires. as the boat takes off arch your back with your head under water and stay there till u feel the boat at the right speed.

  • no we have only a long line... a boom is to expencive...

  • we made ours. find some1 whos handy with metal and give them the designs

    save yourself heaps.

  • that would so end ur feet

  • i wish i could do all that-im still learning

  • cool andre !!! ==evert jr==

  • cool
