I loved the movie and the album Glitter and i still love them! This medley of Never Too Far and Hero's one of the biggest highlights in my opinion, she just did it so big with it! Her voice is shining in this performance, she has the most beautiful voice in the world! I always love her and her every single note and song!

the fact is, her voice has decaded because of frequent super high notes,(whistle) as well as high notes sung in modal vocal. Vocal chord will be easily damaged by extremely high vibration rate.

That's why it's "rough".

If you wanna say she doesn't want to sing, fine. That's your opinion.
