"puppo" means "gay /puff/male homosexual", not "little child" (that could be the translation for "pupo" with only one P, but this doesn't make sense in this case

"minchia" means dick, prick, cock, but it is also just an exclamation, like "fuck" or "shit".

Lol it's funny how on the first part they are talking about "minchia" and "pirla" which are two of the hundreds italian words for "penis". No wonder the italian guy is laughing so much when lennon says "minchia du pupo" (dick of a little child), he later adds "non lo dire mai" (never say that).

"Una ragazza bella" means "a beautiful girl". While the quote from Frank Zappa "tengo una minchia tanta" means "i have a big cock".
