You need to work on alot. There was alot of stiffness there. As a matter of fact, make at least one joint move in every animation. Thats how to combat stiffness.
Its not smooth, i think its stiff and a bit choppy. Work on the easing and physics, and make him always move, so it wont be stiff. dont make him stop moving, even a stand would need to move. when your standing, do you not move? are you frozen solid? so make him move. Just giving you some tips... no hard feelings kai...

yeah it's just a bit slow... It's hard to get a perfect mix, I've been playing for 3 years and I still don't have it but I'm really close.
