it is not the 25th letter in all alphabets. For instance, in spanish there are the letters ch and ll that would make your letter Y letter 27. Just sayin.

"Why" is a question that you can't answer yes or no to and is conditional to the person you ask....so "why" questions have infinate answers....infinity=GOD
