Thanks for the Video and bravo if this diet works for you. I tried a diet similar to this, low fat, lots of fruits and veggies, lots of carbs. I did very poorly on the high carb/low fat diet I was following. Some of the problems I had were, falling asleep or getting very drowsy after meals, extreme hunger, peeling/painful skin, very irritable, extreme-extreme cravings for FAT, depression......just to name a few. I do high fat and no/low carb, this is the best diet for me- no depression is great!
I do some strength training, but muscle building is not my #1 priority. I want all-around fitness. I can do 50 to 60 pushups in a row, and run for an hour or more without getting tired. I don't know that many body builders who are actually that strong, so I don't care not having a politically-correct, "Men's Health", protein powder-boosted look inside a sick body. Most body builders keep their look only for a few weeks a year and in their "off season" they look horrible.
Hey Fred I have a question. You say that it is possible to build muscle while on this diet. How come you show no signs of muscle at all, and do you have any "clients" that actually build muscle while following your diet? Thanks
Google his friend Roger Haeske - he follows a similar diet and looks amazing. But Fred looks like an ectomorphic runner type so you don't see this bodytype with a ton of muscle.
Ive seen people on this diet who are quite muscular. Fred looks very VERY healthy.....why must people always think that one has to have big overpuffed up muscles to be *muscular/athletic*???
Different people have different body types....hes not that big buffed out type. It wouldnt look right on him. Hes got more of a runner/yoga/swimmers body type.

Anybody out there own these DVDs? Thinking about picking them up, but they're kind of pricey so I want to make sure it's worth it.

How can you tell if he does or doesn't have muscle? He's wearing clothes! Muscle doesn't have to mean "muscle-bound"....
