yo man @desertfox223, Im trying to boost my vertical leap by performing the training routine at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - and just now improved like 9-10 inches thus far having said that I am still a bit away from jumping high enuf to dunk the ball smoothly. It is primarily just my first day of my 2nd week so far, do you recommend me any more advices?
