To be honest, what i found most helpful is a simple rule. I know it sounds really obvious but you'd understand if you try.

The higher you push your front foot forward, the higher you must bring your back foot up. Like i said, it sounds like HURR DURR but it helps. Practice that motion and your ollies will almost have infinite potential.
