if you don't have it... download it from Microsofts Homepage. Just search for Windows Media Encoder... I think it is even XP compatible.

some parts might not be.

It reffers to strings and db files in windows vista to do what it does properly, xp will not have some of them so alot of proccesses in the application would be terminated.

if you dont have it just download it. go to google, type the name and it should be the first link. it should then say this download has been move to a different location, click the link it supplies and then just download it

ooooooooohhhhhhhhh...... maybe you should of said them in a question form? durrrrr...... I choose C. Just open up your computer folder. Then in the search bar ontop, if you have it, search for windows media encoder. it's bound to be there.. what os do you have?
