This "Living Water" nuclear reaction is really more properly to be called as biological nuclear reaction, cos it goes in our body cells.

I think there could be a link to this incident and the Bentwaters UFO (they happened within a day of each other). Most likely not an ET craft. I would think it is a military craft, but most likely not one of our own. Maybe it was a foreign spycraft.

Sounds like they were flying radioisotope thermoelectric reactors around. Maybe down to Cape Kennedy? Too heavy with lead shielding so leave it off?
