There isnt a better realtor out there. You want someone that will work to the bone for you, thats John Lewis. I got nothing but the best advise from this man. I would recommend him to any person looking to buy or sell a home. Or even just to get advise from. He is very knowledgable about the real estate market. And you would get nothing but the best from him.

I hadn't thought about it before, but it makes sense - I can see where a seller would actually take a lower offer if they thought it was an easier deal to get through escrow.
