even though It was true that Arabs in their culture do practice slavery, it is undeniable that the coming of Islam with Muhammad was the solution for the slaves get freedom. a very good example was an Ethiopian slave Bilal ibn Rabah, who got freedom from slavery immediately after the coming of Islam with Muhammad (pbu). It is truly Islam that eases the handling and lowers practice of slavery by promoteing the religious advantge of freeing slaves y.

What non-sense this video is. Abd is used for 'slave of Allah'... i.e. Abdallah. The Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) liberated slaves. In fact, one of the most cherished companions of the Prophet was Bilal (ra), an Abyssian, who became Madina's first and main caller for prayer... Do you think he would chose a 'black man' if the Prophet looked down on African people? Nope, Abdullah is the join of two words "Abd" (slave) and "Allah", that's probably the word you were referring.
As for Islam and slavery, it always supported and never released (except under political and surgical circumstances) any slave or oppose slavery. Muhammad himself had slaves.
Islam discredits by itself, it just fools those willing to be fooled!

In the advent of European slavery on Africa, a word became popular to refer to slaves; Kafirs. Why? Because it resembles the word "coffee" due to the tone of the skin and also because those who capture and sold the slaves to Europeans were Muslims. When asked why was that man a slave, the answer was always the same: was a "kafir" (infidel).
Also the first black slave market on Christian European soil was a Muslim managed market at Silves on XIII Century.

this is true. the trans atlantic slave trade was of much shorter duration then the slave trade in the islamic world. slavery existed from the beginning of human history. saudie arabia "outlawed" slavery in 1962, yet they still have slaves. in sudan the slave trade is alive and well. google francis bok, and mende nazer. note - the UK was the first nation to outlaw slavery, which they did in the early 1800's. this was a first in human history.
