The cop could just call it in to see if the pill fits the discription on the bottle, I have seen them do it before. The bottle has a label to say what the pill is supposed to be, the quantity of pills within it, what the pill is for, when you should take them, and the name of who they are for. This cop just seems to be lazy. He just let them run off without solving the obvious disturbance of the peace.

I understand the cop. I lived in NYC all my life and dealing with crackheads and whores really sux. You can arrest the same crackhead 60 times and the paperwork is a bitch, they dont even care. It comes to a point where dealing with scum like that is a pain in the butt. This cop probably knows this crackhead and arrested her several times. Screw them, hopefully they OD and die.
