Reminds me sticky carpets in the Grey Horse Kingston on a rainy Monday evening then a kebab at Nicks after. Happy days! Thanks for posting!! More more more!
This is unbelievable, I used to go see these guys at the Cartoon in Croydon regularly. I fixed my old friend Nicko Hellowell up with a gig drumming for them after their drummer lrft & his band The 45's split. I haven't heard this song since I was 16...I'm 43 now. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY DAY!
lovely...i've got this on tape somewhere. But i've also got a version on tape live at the goat in shepperton which my friend recorded on a tape recorder-so the quility is'nt that good, but it is awesome!. I've also got an earlier studio version with graham and robbie macintosh.thanks for posting these. I might add some more when I've sorted my tapes to mp3's
One of Graham's finest solos, in spite of the wobbly tape! Great memories of a great band. In answer to the query about keys and drums- it was definitely Rupert Black on keyboards and probably, but not surely (as the memory fades) Mick Clews on drums.
mi mas sentida enhorabuena Graham un gran solo, que me sigue desde que te conoci, (Oscar Vidal)
