i had an m109r but i was never satisfied with it, it always looked butt ugly to me atter i'd owned it for awhile, but this is a nice bike, a big rear tyre, belt/chain drive and a nice guard would make these one of the best looking bikes around,i'd buy one for sure.

I'm not one to criticize what type bike you ride. To me it's that you ride, not what you ride. My only problem with the Honda Fury is all the plastic chrome. I was seriously considering this bike, until I got up close and saw the plastic chrome everywhere there should be metal chrome. Other than that, nice bike. I think it needs more motor too. So, I went with the Victory Kingpin instead. Again, I'm not knocking the Fury, just putting in my 2 cents

I have a 2010 HD Wide Glide but I will admit readily that this bike is really really good lookin. I wish my wide glide had the same rake on it. If my buddies wouldn't laugh at me for owning a honda, I'd buy the heck out of it. I have a honda pilot, two honda 4 wheelers and a honda boat engine. I don't think you can buy a range of products from one mfg that run as well as honda's whole line over time.

When I just had the cobra pipes on the Fi2000r helped a LOT. much better acceleration, smoother thru the gears, stronger off the line. but when I added the S&S aircleaner, I could never get it adjusted again the way I wanted. Finally went with Dynojet's Power Commander 5. Seems pretty good so far.

Rides pretty well ... FOR a chopper style bike :-) ... you give up some turning radius for the longer front end, and since there's a single gas monshock instead of two rear shocks you get a stiffer ride. Worth it though, imho, for the styling.

Thx Minion; don't know if it's the camera or not or what. Had several people comment though that have seen the bike they like the deep exhaust note. So maybe it actually sounds that way lol. I will say that when I added the Fi2000r fuel manager the exhaust note got even a little better throughout the powerband, imho.
