  • Hi, You should try intellectus 424 diet (Search on Google). I lost a ton of unwanted fat it is awesome.

  • at first i too had difficulty stabilizing the ball, but that problem was gone as soon as I inflated the ball until it gets firm enough.

  • C'mon, is this a real "core" workout?

    ("Core" being a current buzzword.)

    Even at three times through this circuit, it's a modest warmup compared to what my students do. That's not to say that each student must vomit or pass out during a workout, but this powder puff routine is really nothing of value.

    And what they're not telling you is that 70 percent of your physique comes from your diet, not your ab routine.

    There are many fat people who will do 1,000 crunches a day, but they're still fat.

  • I like to watch these demonstrations because I can get a sense of how to do the exercises and see inspirational bodies. I have one of these balls but I have no idea why I bought it or what to do with it. Maybe I will actually use it now...this looks not too hard.

  • oh, and when you do push ups, you should keep your elbows in instead of letting them move outwards. military is way harder, but so much better for you!

  • I think its easier if you use a medium size ball rather than a larger ball (for shorter females...Im 5.4). Thats what I did and I was able to control the ball a little better and still felt the same burn on my abs.

  • you stay on the ball better as your muscles develop. They ll fine tune themselves to the challenge, accomodating the shakiness enabling you to balance. trickey but u get better as you go n then challenge yourself more later.

  • Perhaps you need to build up your core strength to stop yourself from wobbling? I wobble a lot... Or try doing the exercises on one of those fitness rubber mats...

  • it's actually unhealthy for women to have washboard abs. Having too low a body fat % is just as bad as too high a body fat %.

  • Why? Never heard about that before.

  • because it will cause amenorrhea due to low body fat percentage. This causes menstrual periods to stop, estogen deficiency, loss of calcium in the bones, much higher incidence of stress fractures. Having a lean body looks good, but not too too lean.

  • I tried this today after my workout and it was really good! I thought I wouldn't be able to hold the plank and do the leg tucks on the ball but I could do them at least for a little! I really felt my core at work, which is great. Thanks for the exercise!

  • That depends on how tall you are! I would say to use one that come to the top of your knees, I think - I'm not positive - but I think we used a 55 cm? Maybe.
