oh, and when you do push ups, you should keep your elbows in instead of letting them move outwards. military is way harder, but so much better for you!

I think its easier if you use a medium size ball rather than a larger ball (for shorter females...Im 5.4). Thats what I did and I was able to control the ball a little better and still felt the same burn on my abs.

Perhaps you need to build up your core strength to stop yourself from wobbling? I wobble a lot... Or try doing the exercises on one of those fitness rubber mats...

Do you recommend doing Cardiovascular exersises as well, to lose weight? What would be a good distance or time? 1mile a day? 10 minutes a day? I really find your muscle gaining videos usefull also.
That depends on how tall you are! I would say to use one that come to the top of your knees, I think - I'm not positive - but I think we used a 55 cm? Maybe.
Oh no wonder! I tried this today in our office in the PT dept.; but I started falling off the ball. lol. I guess the ball was too small. Ok better luck tomorrow.
