it'sbest to take chinchillas from rescue homes .especially in the us since most people don't realize that they can live up to 20 years if taken care of . plus you will feel more happy to see a chimi that was unhappy become happy . though it will take a bit of work it took me 3-4 months for one of my chimies to get used to me and he didm't anything! and i even got a buddy to relax with him and so he does not sulk anymore!
Isn't the cage a bit small for a group of 4? cute chinchilla's though ...
