He is saying "this is holy Ganga (river Ganges) and there is no other like it and you are embodiment of the God in other words you are God himself "tat twam asi" (roughly translates to this is that referring to omnipresence of God). Its becaurse there are living INDIANS in various parts of the Carribean side of South America (Duth Antilles, Jamaica, Guyana, Surinames, Trinidad & Tobago). After slavery was abolished, they immigrated from INDIA to those parts as contract workers. Becaurse they and a few others from the Asian region were the only ones who could get the job done under the scorching heat of the tropical sun.

They call those parts in de Carribean "The West Indies".
