Degree itself only means you passed a "standard", what is important is the education behind it. It depends what you want out of it. I have mech & aeronautical engineering degree, I have used it extensively for my own purpose and to a lesser extent in my naval career - but I learned a lot, not only from actual class but just as much from my peers in school, in the labs, after hours. You get what you put in your education - go for the "education" not the "degree"
