I am not a big fan of classical music, however, I've always loved this piece and especially this movement. It's strong, beautiful, soothing, melodic. When I'm sad or tired, I listen to it. When I need calmness and grounding, this is the concerto that I play for myself. This is one of my favorite pieces of music of all time.

The Amazonas and Bolívar District, where are the biggest water fall in the world, the Angel's Fall or Kerepacupai Vena as the native people has called it. A incredible place, where the mistyc of the nature change your way of see life...

I think that this is the finest clarinet piece ever composed and this is one of the best recordings I have ever heard. The clarinet is played in such a way that it is almost talking and with just a glint of humour that competes with the orchestra but blends so beautifully! Excellent!
