Windows xp - connect to a wireless network

If you do not have the Wireless Network Connection icon, or maybe not even the LAN one, you need your network adapter drivers. If you do not have a CD with those on, you should google up correct drivers for just your PC on another PC if you got access to it. If your PC model name is ABC, google: ABC drivers, then find a good source where you can download your network drivers, put the downloaded drivers on an USB device and insert the USB in your PC without internet and install!

@baty888 If you know the name of your PC or mainboard(open the case up and check for a name), google: name of the PC/mainboard drivers. Then download the network drivers such as: xxxx Ethernet Broadcom... or whatever the name of the driver is, then somehow get the drivers to the computer that needs them and install.

if it won't install driver look what card you have and search it on google and a driver download link should come up

@xXRolDXx you have to install the software for your network adapter first. after it installs the proper drivers your wireless icon should appear in network connections. then follow these steps.
