  • I was wondering if you could help me,I was wondering when freezing water to make a solid (ice) is it best to freeze slower or faster (colder) if i want less crystal formation in the sample? Im using just a home freezer with basic settings but my samples keep coming out really crystaline and have many cracks.I want them to be as pure looking as possible.Hope you can help

  • What the hell is a "nucleus particle"? Isn't a nucleus (I.e. Center) just part of a particle.

They took a bubble of soapy water, probably at half a degree Celsius, and dropped a sub-zero temperature particle on the surface causing the surrounding water to freeze.

  • @aeopmusic a nucleus particle is exactly what the guy in the video says :) a particle that triggers the formation of a crystal (in this case, those tiny white particles)

  • @aeopmusic wrong

  • @sephiroth250889

There's no such thing as a "nucleus particle"
