He is saying that Turkey and Tajikistan have cultural similiarities, typicall Pan-turkism minds in order to fade out the persian identity among the people of Central Asia LOL. First of all Tajik or Tajikistan is a persian word which means land of tajiks, and the oficiall language of that land is persian. Big portion of Central Asia are culturally part of Greater Iran/Khorasan which once was occupied by turks/mongols. Turks can take their pan-turkism up in their asses, cause Persia is GREATER!
