it's just about how she and a guy hit it off a little in the beginning, or at least she thought, and that their whole relationships were full of almosts because they never actually were a couple but she really wanted them to be, she is just grieving something that she couldn't have because she kind of got a taste of and then just never happened. hope that made sense..
