I know they were silly and maybe even worse ... but they put us on the map, which is what it took for us to be able to make a living. Ouch! Sorry to angel4fun 3 yrs ago ... I may have sold you that carpet. We obviously had problems because that company is no more. I am really sorry you had a bad experience with the installation. It's really too bad -- it was a great company with a lot of great years ahead but there were those who lost the passion and willingness to do what it took to stay strong. Many companies fall into that same trap. I miss "us"!

Just bought flooring from them. Nice people in the store, but lousy service on the installation side.
