  • FUCK TREES

  • :'{

  • Im in the logging industry and I can tell you in 10 years there will be thousands of small trees growing in place of these trees all naturally wood is the words only re new able resource

  • ffs im sick an tired of listining to stupid green peace hipy cunts rant on about trees being felled ITS SUSTAINABLE IN THE UK YOU DICK WODS!!!!!!!! they plant they thin they clear and then plant more trees than their were before sorted u wna rant fuck off to brazil where they log vital trees theres the problem

  • is there much clearfelling going on in uk how do they recultivate the ground after felling

  • I'm a timberking processor. Logging sucks sometimes. Sometimes its fun

  • a wouldnt mind bein a timber harvester operator a knoww yhu have to do a sertin amount at college an a apprentiship a think but do yhu need to be a sertin age as well? ave applyed to dae forestry at college :D

  • rpm on that saw??? has to be insane...........

  • Earth First ? , I Agree, We'll Log the other Planets Later.

  • I love the comment about green peace and ohh how right you are lol

  • I got a tree in my yard I need trimmed. I didn't see if it clipped the trunk off. If it does everything from first cut to trimming. Quick. Quick. Dang.

Of course the operator has to be quick also. Ain't no way that thing is automatic and counts the feet before it cuts. Program a degree into it and it could cut and place automatically. Perfectly placed logs. Or does it? I like trees, but I also like machines/equipment. Dang.

  • dang?...like..Dang!!!! lmao

  • cannot believe the view count on this vid

  • tree huger or not thats one fast kicking ass piece of machinery

  • damn tree hugers!

  • I love how these green peace faggs talk trash about logging....YET they write their checks and wipe their asses with paper?!?!?!

  • don't take attention to those cows with two legs, let them eat the grass they try to protect!

99 % of them never touched a tool since they had used a PC's keyboard .

  • Trees pull carbon from the atmosphere, when they burn or rot they return it. Harvesting trees sequesters the carbon in the wood and prevents its release back into the atmosphere.

    Loggers are saving the world!

  • Well said rschiwal, at last someone with a brain, and not shouting about Green issues without thinking about what is really going on in commercial forestry.

  • it' is always the same problem that still occure here! when you are presenting something more interessant than a dumbass crashing his emo's face while skateboarding... you are receiving stupids comments from those people who don't have a dash of intelligence!

Thank you Buddy, I like your video and comments!

  • Cheers sudiste59

  • @sudiste59 am wantin tae be a harvester operator :P a knoww yhu huv tae go to college an do a apprentiship a think but do yhu also have to be a serton age aswell?

aslo applyed to do forestry et college :D

  • @acre10100 Probably wouldn't hurt to learn to spell and compose a sentence either.

  • @JGMagoo

  • @JGMagoo NOW NOW !!!!!!!!!!

  • @rschiwal that's why it's better to burn paper instead of recycling it, you're just giving it back to the trees and giving 'em material to build more of themselves with

  • @rschiwal Yeah, then what happens once most of the trees are gone? Everything is that was producing carbon is STILL producing carbon and there isn't much left to absorb it! Didn't finish your thought there did ya, moron?

  • @idontcare80 Listen dick head, For every tree cut for timber production in the UK, it is law that you must plant at least one tree in its place. And if your tiny closed mind can handle anymore information , a young tree absorbs far more CO2 from the atmosphere than a 60 year old fully grown tree. Now fuck off and watch the cartoons on telly and leave the thinking to the grown-ups.

  • @mohastie IN THE UK, YOU TOOL. There's a whole other planet out there and the UK is a VERY tiny part of it, fucking retard.

  • @mohastie Old growth forests actually absorb more carbon than new forests. There's an initial increase in carbon sequestration per unit weight with a young tree, that levels off after a couple decades - thats true - but the carbon absorption of a fully-matured, old-growth tree is much higher overall. Also not just trees, but leaf litter, hummus, organisms in intact soil, mosses, ferns absorb carbon in a mature forest. Old growth forests absorb more carbon than a regenerating clearcut.

  • @ewsify Your comments may be relevant in the USA, But here in the UK, we don`t just leave the clear-felled ground alone and hope it regenerates itself. It is a legal requirement to restock the old forests with trees at 2800 stems per hectare. These forests in the UK are not natural forests like you have in the US, they were all planted in the late 1940`s onwards, after the second world war, as commercial crops. If it was not for commercial forests, there would be very few woodlands in the UK

  • @mohastie my point being, if you want to actually responsibly forest, you'll do it the right way with selective harvest and low-impact practices, rather than romping around on a diesel-powered land-and-tree-fucker like this machine right here.

  • @idontcare80 Uh, moron, YOU are made with carbon. Every single living thing on earth contains Carbon. Proteins, fats, and carbohydrates are made with carbon. Did you ever stop to think why 'carbohydrate' is named that? It has to do with its chemical composition. We don't produce carbon. It is a building block of what we are. If not for carbon, idiots like you wouldn't be able to outlaw carbon.

  • @Lexicologist71 Duh, I meant carbon dioxide. No one is trying to outlaw carbon, but many people and organizations are trying to reduce the dependence our society has on fossil fuels, which is something that is going to have to be done soon, global warming or not.

  • @rschiwal you are essentially right. they have a thing going on called carbon credits and you get more credits for preventing methane from going into the atmosphere than c02 because methane as a greenhouse gas is about 21 times worse than c02. So essentialy since these guys are preventing these trees from being burnt or rotting and releasing greenhouse gases, they are improving our atmosphere. thats if this will be used for lumber not biomass

  • do you have to go on a simulator before you do the actual thing beacause i would like to drive 1 wen im older i saw one goin in a foreset were i go shooting

  • look arund you and see the wood in your home.

  • I am just a trucker in america, but that harvester is amazing to watch. I cut some firewood, wouldn't that make my work easier!

  • nice trees ,,how many ton do u do an hr m8,,

  • It depends on the number of products you are cutting, and how strait the trees are. You should be able to average between 15-20 meters per hour over a 12 hour shift, maybe more if trees are dead strait and you let the optimizer do all the work.

  • I cant believe that when you cut a tree more of them GROW... wow!! Keep cutting.

  • F..K,I can remember what this place was like 25years ago this is sooooooooooooooo bad to watch.

  • 25 years ago these were F..KIN christmas trees mate. I don`t think sooooooooooooo.

  • how big christmastrees do you have.. or they maybe grow fast there:S

  • I am talking about the Glentrool area.We used to go camping there.........mate.

  • No one is asking you to watch it !

  • do you have enough harvester drivers in uk? is there open jobs..? :D

  • Can anybody help me. I'm trying to find out what certificates i need to start operating harvesters near Kielder forest.

  • i love the way ppl say its bad to cut down trees but i bet ther homes are made out of some wood.

  • These trees were planted to be harvested 35 years ago. Dureing the life of each tree, they have absorbed CO.2 from atmosphere, so reduceing greenhouse gasses. 6 Months after these trees are cut, the ground is re-planted with young trees, which will grow again for another 35 years. Also please note, a young tree absorbs more CO.2 than a mature tree, for the process of photosynthesis, which it needs to grow. Please do some research before ranting on about green issues.

  • Hey quee.. they rebuild forests. and they only use certain sized trees.. they dont just go at it like a lunatic. Theres regulations.

  • FUCK OFF you asshole, and get a life. Do some

research before comenting on things you know

    nothing about.

  • BAD ENGINE VERY SMOKE

  • Very good engine, working hard.

  • awesome piece of kit, good demonstration

  • probaly would go faster with an englishman operating it

  • Only if he could work the machine better than you can spell mate.

  • nothing better that a bit of cross border baiting lol, sad to say advantage scots :-(

  • i need one of these to mow my lawns

  • It's nice to know we can tear down the worlds forests with such devastating efficiency.

  • 1270 is good machine but does anyone know why application error ocurs in timbermatic 300?

  • That should not happen, the software is very well built, despite the very complex system.

When does this error occur to you?

You should definitely report software errors to your service center.

  • cool baddy

  • course its F C SITE .too tidy to be contractors.

  • Alright Mo. thought i'd respond to your comment!

The site's tidy because you don't do enough work to make it a mess (20tonnes/day)!!!!!!!!

  • Thats a bit below the belt coming from an ex commission man stevie. We taught you everything you know about forestry,( fair enough you still don`t know very much), but it was enough to persuade Euro-"Disney" to give you a job. ONLY JOKEING PAL. Hows it hangin.

  • Alright bud. Thanks for the comment!!! (GIT) Hows business in the woods with you at the minute? Are you still managing to make a living?

  • LOL.

  • Is the lop and top under 2m? canna be a F.C. coup!

  • Obviously an experienced operator working a well planned site but the main comment is that the forester in charge must be a true professional - what a guy.

  • Better if it were a grey machine.

  • if it was a grey machine, it would be broken-down, not cutting trees.

  • good but the rottne H-20 is better

  • Someone has good taste!

  • Haha. the rottne uses a john deere engine :)

  • @Choice777 Thats the only bad bit to be fair!
