Just the fact Goku was even with Buu and Goku said himself he could have beaten Buu if he went SSJ 3 early shows that Goku and Buu aren't too far off in power so Goku is a galaxy buster and that's before the 10 years of training at the end of DBZ.

Goku didn't use the universal spirit bomb on Buu, The spirit bomb wasn't working until Goku added his own energy to it. SSJ 3 Goku was even with Buu and you really think after 10 years Goku wouldn't get stronger. You're fooling yourself thinking there is no proof Goku is stronger than Kid Buu. Goku even fough Uub at the end of DBZ in his base form and was still stronger than Uub without even having to try.

Dude, don't get me wrong I think Goku is the strongest anime hero, and one of the strongest characters of all time. You've convinced me he can beat Superboy, Supergirl, and maybe Doomsday.

Uub is Kid Buu reincarnated and he was strong enough to hurt Goku with his punches. Goku even said Uub is on par with him and Vegeta so Uub was easily one of the top 5 strongest in the universe.

Not really. DBZ Goku is a galaxy buster and Prime is at best a planet buster. The only thing that keeps Prime in this fight is how much punishment he can take.

Also remember the spirit bomb was just powered by the whole universe but it's also made to destroy evil. Prime can't make anything like that.
