@chekist1917, were you there? Is the DP appropriate for domestic abuse? While terrible, it is not the same as arson. Accidents can & do happen to anyone. Unless you are 100% certain, and you can't be you were not at the scene when it happened nor in the court room even, don't assume you are an expert on this, you are making one hell of an assumption there. You may be right, but you may also be wrong & you do not KNOW, this is exactly how wrongful convictions happen, from people's assumptions
