I'm a Japanese. I was brought up in Matsunoki-Suginami-ku, Tokyo. I live in the States now. I've gotta say I agree with everything you say. In Japan we get people who are rude to black people. However this is only because the older generation are wary of foreigners and I stress foreigners, not black people.
