Reverend Lloyd is a liar.

He is telling the truth that if compared to other arrangements, married heterosexual couples are better for a child. HOWEVER, married heterosexual couples have NOT been compared to MARRIED same-sex couples, and so an honest scientist will not say that what rev. Lloyd actually IMPLIES is true.

Doesn't the Bible say "Though shalt not bear false witness?" Shouldn't a reverend know that?

I think it's so funny how people can try to quote scripture, yet have a hard time living it everyday.

Did I say I try to live scripture every day? I didn't. However, protectmarriagenj seems to be filming a lot of clergy, who usually do seem to quote the scripture a lot. I was pointing out an instance when they don't. It's possible they don't understand the research methodology. But it is their job to learn about that if they decide to join the conversation on research.

To me the issue is more about our rebellion against God. God made marriage between a man and a women and we decided that we don't like that. Why can't same sex couple just be "same sex couple". I don't doubt that they probably be equal or better for a child than the Het ones. How about if we then love our dog so much that we want to marry it? Sounds strange? Not in a society that has forgotten/rejects its God given moral code.
