  • dude: your a warrior and your not alone.

  • If the panic attacks are effecting you sleeping, then you should talk to your doctor about lorazapam...(i really dont think i spelled that right im too lazy to go check the bottle) It helps me so much cause it completely calms you down,im supposed to take it for bedtime anxiety but i take it when im having panic attacks too...it works super fast :) Feel better hun, take care of yourself :)))))

  • I've gotten them for 6 years and I know *exactly* how you feel. I actually just had one about an hour ago. One thing I've figured out, though, is if I drink sugar water and take a shower, usually in about 15 minutes I feel perfectly fine. I'm actually getting my blood sugar checked next week to see if I'm hypoglycemic. Apparently low blood sugar can trigger panic attacks so it's something worth checking out, at least.

  • Yeah I get the same thing, I think it's just certain people. I get really scared and my body feels like it's being shocked with electricity and then my heart goes crazy. I'm pretty sure it's just panic over something but I have no idea what the trigger is for me. Hope you're feeling better

  • Tell u what I do man put some music that u like on and get some headphones on ur head and turn it up u have to take ur mind off them crazy thinking just try it it works for me and I get them all day long no lie I really get them at night don't know why

  • U stronger then me because i could not be makeing a video when i have mine

  • does these videos influences me to have a panic attack? hahahahaha i start to be more body concious;;; huhuhu

  • Holy crap you sound like me!

  • I noticed that I started misreading words all the time about two months ago, back then I had no idea what a panic attack was. Now I'm on day 4 after going into the ER thinking I was dying only to hear I was having panic attacks. The are getting less frequent, Im down to about one a day, but their are still pretty bad waves of anxiety in bewteen them. This has changed me so much that I feel like I want to dedicate my life to help people who are going through this. Best wishes to all.

  • man am hopeing u feeling better now, i have the same just like u i cant go to partys cause of this n cant get girls, i dont know were to look 4 help anymore......

  • I had my 1st Real panic attack about a week ago, an i scared the hell out of me, only because i didnt have a clue what was going on, i thought i was dying. I think we have un balanced chemicals in our brain or our body, an there are foods out there that help with it.

  • I hate this feeling!! I hate it!!! I get this feeling early in the morning oh I am 41 and also get hart flutters !!!

  • Everything you're saying makes me feel less alone. It's like you're inside my head and are putting words to what I'm feeling. What you said about misspelling words..wow. I thought I was going crazy, but I do that too! Brain tumors are also a huge fear of mine. What makes me feel better usually is when I start thinking about what I think might be wrong with me, I make a list of all the things I've worried about recently and figure that I can't have ALL these diseases. Hang in there 8 )

  • ay mate im the same way, it sucks, im 19 and have a hard time speeping at night, im with you mate, it sucks:(

  • I know how you feel and I've gone through this for so long. Even when you KNOW it's only a panic attack, when you have your next one it is just as terrifying as the first and you do feel like your dying. I have had so many tests done and I'm healthy. The brain can cause physical pain, confusion and awful fear. As you know, I'm sure, I know the fear all too well which can cause you to fear having another, bringing on another one. I panic when I sleep and wake up freaking. I wish this on NO ONE!

  • Any one get chest pains from them?

  • You are not alone. Ive had them since i was ten. :/ Everytime they are different. It is like living in constant fear of yourself and every move you make. I get rushes in my head. It is literally like fog spreads all in my brain. My hands shake. My heart races and this pure hysteria sets in that makes me babble to anyone that will listen. Plus, it comes with a feeling of raw terror. It makes life a living hell. Thank you for making this video. It helped me feel not so alone!

  • Oh God I know how you feel. Im a hypochondriac, and I get these horrible panic attacks if I feel I have something wrong with me. I cant even mention the "C" word. Right now for the past two weeks I have been worrying sick about my eyes. My eyes this my eyes that, checking them on the mirror for anything strange, closing one and checking my vision with the other and so on. I cant take it anymore I feel like Im gonna go nuts. My heart starts to race, I feel sick to my stomach, cant breathe, etc...

  • Yeah I'm exactly like that.

  • Hope that your ok now. :(

  • I get adrenalin rushes in my lower legs and hands.

  • I started having panic attacks when I was about 14. I also had those adrenaline rushes you mentioned but only in my chest and stomach. I felt like I couldn't breathe. I think I had them before I started to feel any other symptoms. Later on it got worse like real panic and I thought I was gonna die. Now I'm not having panic attacks anymore but I still have constant anxiety. It's been 6 years now. Hope things have got better for you and hope it gets better for everyone who are struggling with this

  • This so much. ; _ ; My chest starts shaking, I think I'm dying, I have headaches, I think it's brain tumors, My arms get numb, and tingle. It's just......it's a hard, hard time. /: <3 I hope you are okay now.

  • and marijuana dianosed me didnt no till i didnt sleep all day and drank coffee den hell broke lose from here

  • i had a bad anxiety attack last year wen i kept breathing too fast my stomach cramped and my whole body.felt like i was sitting on my.foot too long and it gets that tingly.feeling.. my heart rate was.so.high they thought i was on methampetamies lol

  • I feel just like u!!! it's horrible, I totally understand u, how have u felt lately?

  • Your prolly seeing floaters in your eyes. your way to focused on your anxiety, plus your eyes can play tricks on you. Hope youre doing better now. Its 2012 if your still having them at least you know you get through them everytime.

  • Relax. You're gonna be ok.

  • i hate getting panic attacks, i feel like i cant breathe when it happens, and the top if my head gets tingly

  • I've gone to 7 years of therapy for anxiety and other reasons. Not to say therapy didn't work and the relaxation techniques didn't work, but I found the best thing that worked was to have a joint. I moved to california just to do it. It helps me a lot and so do the things my therapist taught me.

  • I honestly can say I been threw it still do sometime I'm only 21 it is scary remember pray to the lord he is there in time of need and will help ur panics go away tell ur self it is not real an u will get over this u will get over it is a mind thing dude you will be fine peace bro

  • I can completely relate to you and you condition! I know how you feel and its dreadful! It's NOT a illness and will NOT cause a illness either. From what I can see you fear a brain tumour? Well if so, that may be the source of your anxiety, take time to discover where your anxiety stems from and when you find the roots to your problem you will be able to understand and it WILL become easier.Anxiety is like a plant, you kill it from the roots! All the best and I hope that it gets better for you x

  • thank you for this.... this just happened to me again last night.. its so scary

  • i feel ya bro i really do....

  • I've struggled with anxiety for years now, but I've luckily only had one panic attack in that time. It was very difficult, that one time, however, because I had no idea what the symptoms of a panic attack were and I literally thought I was dying. It only lasted a few minutes, luckily, but I do remember taking my pulse and it was around 130 and my heart was pounding out of my chest. I also had a lot of difficulty breathing, but the most troubling symptom was a raw, terrified sense of doom.

  • I can relate to each and every symptom that you just mentioned! The anxiety/Panic attacks have the weirdest symptoms. Right from shivers, fear, loss of control, dizziness, stiffness, palpitations, gastric emptying, shaky head, black/white dots! I Tried Zoloft and xanax, these meds helped me for a few months, but the symptoms came back after some time! Regular physical exercise and meditation helps me! Fresh air and activity reduces the level of anxiety- if not cure it totally! God bless!

  • PS I see white dots too. I have never heard of anyone saying that until I watched this video. If you have heard anything since then let me know

  • Man I feel EXACTLY the same. I just don't understand because I am the most chill person in the world. But once I get home from work(I live alone) it takes a turn for the worse. I have found that when I look up symptoms of a heart attack, stroke, etc.. on the web, I get even more freaked out. Some things that help me are take a deep breath in for 5 seconds, tense up every muscle in the body and then slowly exhale and release your muscles. I also get some really cold ice water and take tiny sips.

  • don't take offense if this comment is ignorant, but i don't have any anxiety really but its because im just kind of a relaxed person and i don't really worry about much. I would say just try worrying less and realize that you WILL be happy if you don't stress yourself out.

  • hi Try looking up fibromyalgia , might help you , i mis spell words and its a symptom ! take care

  • u still have panic attaks?

  • I'm starting to explore the idea that panic attacks are demonic attacks on your soul. Call on the name of Jesus. There could be a thyroid link to these attacks. I've suffered from panic all my life, it's getting worse recently. God bless everyone that suffers from this disease.

  • Thanks for sharing this video. I can 100% relate to some of your symptoms. It's ruining my life. People that don't have anxiety can't understand what an attack feels like, it literally makes you feel like you are dying. The dizziness, weakness, shakes, sometimes tingling, chest pains, vision problems, mind fog, DREAD. Take the benzos...benadryl is good for anxiety, it will calm you. Build a relationship with Jesus Christ, call on his name whenever you get symptoms of an attack.

  • @Neilius27 Jesus won't help you with a full blown out anxiety attack!!! Seriously get real FFS!

I have suffered for years and the ONLY thing that helps is XANAX.

  • the meds keeps me from having them in daytime but i still have panic attacks at night when im going to bed. i talk to doctor about it she said everything is find with my heart but i still have them only when im asleep

  • I also have panic attacks amn mind are also only at night i understand what your talking about. im on meds for the attacks they were working find for 2months now they dnt seem to work anymore

  • Hang in there bud, I have had Panic Disorder for 10 years... It is terrifying.. I know how you feel, sometimes I end up on the floor I'm so bad. I do know where your coming from!

  • I had my first panic attack when I was 14 years old. I am 26 today and still gets them frim time to time. I'm much better at handeling the attacks today than before. I hope you will find good ways to deal with your anxiety. It is tough, I know. But It is possible. Good luck and take care!

  • Your anxiety, like mine also, seems to be stemming from hypochondriasis. The attacks happen more frequently at night because vve have more time to think about them i think. As far as the adrenaline goes, a good anxiety medication vvill take care of most of that. vvhen i started taking mine i immediately savv that difference.

  • I have seen the white dots on a few occasions, and have had slightly blurred vision. May God be with you, and remember you are not the only one with this. I take Busperone for the anxiety and it helps some times. Maybe it could work for you. I have the same knumbing of the arm, feels like a stroke. But it's not.

  • good to see more males speaking out...this sucks...

  • If nothin works 4 U (anti anxiety/depressant) then try Suboxone. I used 2 be an alcoholic for 10 years but body gave out. I switched 2 pills cuz they give me confidence & I can go in public. I just told Dr I was opiate addict n he gave me Subx. Unless u hav moral objection I say WTF if it works it works. None of the xanax or drugs from psychiatrist work 4 me. Just booze or opiate. I also recently developed hypochondria n agoraphobia. Since the Subx, I'm back in the world n living life. Good Luck

  • Its the worst feeling ever :/

i couldn't sleep last night after my panic attack EVERY TIME my head hit the pillow and id close my eyes i would wake up feeling like im dying with heavy breathing. I was tired and falling asleep but couldn't. I mean why is that i felt like one eye was smaller than the other, as for misspelling words i do it too i also confused words. As for the brain tumor thing - same here. Im sitting here trying to decipher my life it gets hard so so difficult.

  • I hate watching these videos because I feel like I could just flare up in a panic attack. But in a way it calms me at the same time.

  • I know how you feel @Cambragosaful

  • @wantofeelbetter I just want you to know that there is light at the end of that dark tunnel, about a year ago i was at the stage you are at now, I am still on meds, but after i have come to some realizations through therapy etc, i can say that i still go into random panic, but they are manageable. a few things that might help are acceptance of the feelings/thoughts and the realization that you are not your thoughts, but a separate existence/consciousness all together.

  • you should get the charles linden method bro, it really does help, and download it as a torrent so you dont have to buy it, and remember no matter how horrible these panice attacks are (believe me i know) they CANNOT HURT YOU. No one has ever beeen physically injured because of a panic attack. they are nerve impulses. thanks for sharing. stay strong. :)

  • i though i was going to drop dead, ended up driving a mile down to my sisters and had her take me to the er. i just got back, they said it was angina, but i think thhis makes more sense, thanks for your video, please advice?

  • @wantofeelbeetter,, last night i was driving home, and I was having a weird feeling, all of the suddern i felt that adrenaline rush in my chest up to my arms and up to my head,, my heart started pounded, and i thought i was having a heart attack, i had to get out of my car and tried to get cars to stop, they wouldnt,

  • respect for you to even make this video in the middle of your panic attack. I hope you arent suffering from them anymore.. so far.. ive had one panic attack in my entire life, and the first time i had one it was the most scary and fearfull thing in my life.

Do you happen to know if the panic attack get less over time?

  • Im to afraid to fall asleep feels like im going crazy my heart gives wierd pains burning sensations or jumping sensations skipping beats feels like my heart going to explode i get dizzy I dont know what to do right now i dont think i will survive this night im sorry for all my sins please i just wanna be happy someone please help me i think im having a heart attack bye i love this planet

  • Sorry you have this condition.

  • I'm going throught the exact same things.... exactly.

  • i dunno pal, but if i was having a panic attack i wouldnt broadcast cuz it would cause more and if u freak, take beta-blockers,, im on them take it easy ,

  • Panic attacks are time restricted episodes! The physical symptoms are uncomfortable but not dangerous! Try using objective thinking. What is your symptom levels? The number of sympyoms and severity? How many times have you actually died, had a stroke, heart attack during a panic attack. It never happens! Use rational thinking. How many times have you actually died after a panic attack? I've beaten Panic disorder, and you can too!

  • do you feel better now ?

  • I suffer from panic attacks too. When you say white dots, I have something similar. I could just be sitting there. No anxiety or anything. And just a white flash out of nowhere occurs. Like a cameras flash. then it happens again. Now these don't necessarily cause panic attacks when it happens to me.. Anyways, you should try taking St. John's Wort.

  • fuck anyone who thinks panic attacks aren't bad....they come on so suddenly and is such a horrible feeling....i'm still trying to find ways to get over them or to stop them from happening

  • heart* >_> damn it.

  • Hard beat* Hard bear!?! lmao wtf?? lol. Lost my train of thought bahaha. sorry.

  • Spelling incorrectly can be anxiety because, you lose lack of concentration. You're bodies trying to focus on what's happening to you, and you're trying to focus on what's happening with your typing. My hands tingle, my chest goes tight, my throat feels closed, my arms go weird and numb.. I get head waves, dizzyness, blurred vision, rapid hard bear, shortness of breath, palpitations, feel hot and claustrophobic.. all sorts. look for a list of anxiety smyptoms on google. Good luck.

  • Be brave buddy, I know what it is like, I have suffered from this same thing for over 10 years, been having one everyday for a week now. I understand how this makes you feel. I know how alone and scared you feel. Ask your doctor for some xanax, you don't need to stay on the drug forever and don't even need to keep taking it everyday, but just one pill can help calm you down enough to take control and they work fast to, like 15 minutes fast. Call someone you trust, and cry it out, you'll be okay.

  • you can never truly understand someone else's pain and suffering. I try to keep that in mind. So much shit is wrong, and in my mind i think about anxiety and also older women who are stupid enough to mingle intimately with guys in their late teens and 20's. Teenage boys and boys in their 20's are the most impulsive shits on the planet, and are kinda dangerous at times because of high testosterone levels. Older women who think they are being young and hip by hanging around them are losers

  • I hope you are feeling better nowdays. I have also been suffering from panic attacks but have gotten alot better this last year.

  • Hello......btw this is a pic of my awesome son....I have suffered from anxiety since I ws in my early twenties. Within the past two weeks I have also been having panic attacks while at work mostly when there are alot of people around and too much stimulatuon, I wish the best for you and hope that you find and seek medical help....I promise you tho u are not crazy! Embrace these negative feelings it will bring your heart rate down and minimize symptoms.

Good luck....dont give in or up

  • i have a vestibular disorder (Meniere's disease) and coz of that i get panic attacks :( and i dont know how to deal with it

  • if you want some help, message me. I had suffered with anxiety disorder for 30 years and now coach people, so I can definitely empathize.

  • i get thoes all the time and now i have them almost 24 / 7 and i just have to deal with it it sucks man i know how you feel

  • ive had these for about 2 years now and it absolutely hurrendous, im used to it now as i just laugh them off. one word guys, beta blockers

  • The more you think in your head that you have a problem, the worse it will get. Chill out, get a hobby, enjoy different things and eventually you will forget about your problems. Soldiers in Afghanistan are worrying they are about to die, not you. Do you have a gun pointed at your head??? no, so man up dude and get on with it. No sympathy for "sorry for themselves, attention seeker." I don't want to be harsh dude so i'm sorry for that. Take control of your head, don't let it take control of you!

  • Say no to it

  • Im 13 and had have them (panic attacks)for five years my friends and ill have them all of a sudden and not yet learned to cope completely i will have what seems like a seizure and will and yes have seen the white dots

  • Things that may help you. If you have a pet or a good friend go take a long walk or run. Look at things around your as you walk the area and study them as if you had to remember them for a test or exam the next day for school. Also ask your doctor if you are a candidate for Alprazolam. Both have helped me a lot personally.

After several weeks of no attacks lower your dosages slowly till you have your normal life back. This is my own personal experience hope it helps.

Take a camera also on walks

  • everytime someone want to speak about panic attacks feel free to chat with me, i suffer of that but i can control it almost, just don't give up!

  • i kno how you feel i get mine at nite to smetimes my meds dnt seem to work if u ever need to chat message me anytime

  • The white dots are mouches volantes, it's completely harmless, I have it 2.

  • i;ve been dead 3 times, in a coma but panic attacks are the most terrifying thing i've ever felt. it's like your body is reacting on its own, and sometimes from out of nowhere. you constantly fear death and you start to stay close to home, i had my first one june 30th and i haven't been the same since. best of luck to you man and fight the food fight.

  • I have panic attacks when've I am in big open spaces and surrounded by people and when I talk in front of people I get them too. I've always had panic attacks since I was in elementary school and it's just gotten worse since I've started college. I almost collapsed one time.

  • HEY MAN I WOULD LOVE TO CHAT SOMETIME OR EMAIL. THANKS.......

  • You look like the lead singer of "Joan of Arc" check him out

  • i get them usually an hour or so after i fall asleep, i wake up confused, dizzy, hot, numbness/ weird feelings in my left arm, butterflys in my whole body, absolutely convinced i have low blood sugar as i sometimes do but i NEVER know if its actually that or not. blotchy vision, vertigo, nausea, depersonalization, blurry vision and white flashes/ dots....id rather have some other disease i could just get a cure for and move on with my life.

  • night time gets worse

  • I know exactly what you're going through! I've been dealing with anxiety for many years! I thought I was gonna die. I've passed out many times, been to the ER many times, my arms were numb, extreme chest pains, etc...I had to change my diet (no soda, no caffeine, cut down on smoking, more exercise, etc) I also worked on breathing techniques, which really helped quite a bit. Although, I still deal with anxiety, I have learned to control it better.

  • u have alot of the same symtoms that i do. i have bad panic attacks makes me feel beside my self... so get tested ok??? i hope u feel better :)

  • Hey have u been tested for h pylori???????

  • Those white dots you were talking about... Do the flow towards the center all at once?

  • Good lord I know how you feel...

  • I feel for you, I know how it feels. I don't know if it works for you but, change your diet, don't drink coffe at all, don't smoke, no sugar at all, stay away from computer as much as you can, I know it's hard but everytime you are looking for causes of your problem you are feeding your anxiety. Better look for a forum or meet people like you, go outside and socialize a little but more even if it's hard. But most important change your diet, it plays a big role. god bless us all.

  • it takes courage to do that i have the exact same feelings no difference. it comes over you like a wave of water but im starting to figure it all out. i have this quote in my head nw " the thinker is the thoughts"

  • I know what you mean at night I use to have panic attacks all the time but I take ativan know I still get extremly nervous though and knock on wood for the panic attacks. I hope we all get better!

  • try the panic away video

  • ...The dots I see are little silver ones floating around.....

  • People who do not have anxiety do not understand how scary they are. I can relate hon, I know how you feel

  • Had the same thing for 2 days straight now, the adrenaline rushes and spikes, it goes away, then it comes back. I only got 3-4 hours of sleep because of it, like right now I feel really nauseous as it is my main symptom and I also have a cold, it's terrible.

I don't know what to do, I'm thinking about going to treatment with anti-emetic anti-anxiety medications because I just can't take this.

  • It seams like we all experience these attacks in different ways. From what I've been seeing from others from this is the top most common symptoms: Dizziness, light headed, tingling of extremities, racing or pounding heat, fatigue, chills. I have battled with this for a long time and found something to reduce the symptoms a little. It's not a total fix but has helped me. When I get hit with this I take a mind vacation. Sounds funny and at the time your suffering it may not sound like it will he

  • @Mrpapermon So true.. I have swallowing difficulties, fear of choking because of it. I've had shortness of breath, and rushes of adrenaline just before I go to sleep. I get chest pains, and shooting pains in my stomach. The one thing I learned helped me was doing something like pamper myself. Take a bath, or light some candles, and soothing music. It eventually passes.

  • i feel all your pain. i don't get them regularly but for over 10 years i regularly had to go in for spinal surguries and everytime it got to the point where i was in hte waiting room waiting to go into surgury I would have massive anxiety attacks and it felt like nothing mattered anymore, that i was nothign, that i was insignificant. It felt like all my memories, all my clothes and all the food or things i had to make me feel better or comfortable didn't matter

  • im having 1 right now and my hands are numb and heart is going really fast so u are not alone

  • I suffer from panic attacks too, and I don't care what anyone else says. If you don't suffer from them, then you have no idea how "out of control" you feel. Nothing you do makes them stop. People laugh, and make fun of these episodes, but to those of you who don't have them, research them, and picture the symptoms happening to you. and see if YOU would be laughing if you had to feel that way every day multiple times a day like we do. My heart goes out to everyone who struggles with this!

  • @sarahstewart82 This is so true! I could not have said it any better, myself! I've been dealing with this for so many years...Anxiety symptoms are no joke, and neither are all the ER visits I endured! I must say, Vitamin B3 & B12 Complex REALLY helped me, as well as changing my diet (and getting more exercise), and breathing techniques that I learned. I still deal with anxiety issues, but, the symptoms are not as bad as they once were.

  • @sarahstewart82 I have them too, I still have them. My therapist says it's just adrenaline. And I had my first on like 7 months or so ago. And I still get them, they have gotten ALOT better though.

  • @sarahstewart82 i have episodes too my sister just thinks that with the help of meds and it will disappear. When I tell her i cannot calm down she does not understand it is awul

  • @sarahstewart82 I agree. No one understands. They think it is just freaking out. Most people are complete idiots. You get physical symptoms which heightens the fear, and those physical symptoms are very debilitating. Chest pains that feel like you are having a heart attack. I have had what felt like "electrical surge feelings" through my brain, coupled with dizziness and sweatiness, and symptoms resembling TIA's, partial seizures, etc. It is very real. And frightening.

  • @DragonTU84 How can you expect someone who hasn't experienced panic attacks to fully understand. I have dealt with them in adult life, but have only realized that the only way to get past them is to except them. You feel the sensation of panic coming on, you then absorb yourself in the symptoms, you then supress them making them even powerful and continue the cycle of fear.

  • @sarahstewart82 not true its the same thing as a bad trip on shrooms almost... trust me

  • ever look into spiritual possession ??

  • lol dude.hehe

  • i expience panic attacks everyday you cant tell me anything

  • all you have to do is tell your self to stop being a bitch, only weak minded bitches freakout. you have to take controle. of your body. you are not a bitch.

  • The white dots you see probably come from high blood pressure. Right before mine started 3 years I would have needle-like pains in my head and seeing those "lights" more and more. Then after I started having the attacks, I saw them non-stop for about 4 months. It was so scary for me. But as I got on blood pressure medication they stopped. The only time I see them now is if I'm stressed or panicking. They can cause eye damage when gone without help for a while like me. God bless you man

  • i'm in the middle of a mini- attack right now, my right temple is completely numb and i feel like my mind is blank. like you, my anxiety gets tthe worst at night, i get uncontrollable thoughts that everything is in my mind, or the universe can end at any moment, my heart beats funny and everything feels weird, i've been suffering this for the past month, i get no breaks, i wake up in the middle of the night feeling like im falling.

  • @PlayStatiowned OMG dude please tell me you have what i have? when your about to sleep then you wake up with a weird feeling in your heart?

  • PANIC ATTACK IT VERY CURABLE! I SUFFERED FOR MANY YEARS AND THEN I FOUND GOOGLE-ING THE LINDEN METHOD. IM ANXIETY FREE FOR 1 YEAR AND IS GOING BETTER EVERY DAY!!

  • I don't see white dots bit people can suffer differently, I always have to check what I've spelt because usually its wrong, I think its down to my brain not functioning properly because the way anxiety makes me feel :( whenever I'm in the middle of a panic attack I think I'm going crazy.

  • I See the white dots to i have for a awhile i have no idea what it is...

  • I just got over one like literally 2 minutes ago and its the scariest thing, that it happens for no reason. I felt like I was having a heart attack and my back was tensing up. For me the best thing to do is take deep breaths and tell myself that your going to be okay.

I also just talked to my dad on the phone and if you let someone you know/love that its going on they can help you through it as well

  • You sound just like me. My anxiety hits me at night and I'm convinced I'm dying. It's 2:45 AM right now and I can't sleep because I'm so afraid I won't wake up (my chest hurts). I hope things turn out okay for you.

  • man i know how you feel anxiety and panic attacks happens i feeling like i m going to go mad right now i feel like i have enlarge heart i already did a ekg and the doc said i was fine dude some time life suck that why we get anxiety like right i am doing airsoft to see if it help my anxiety. i went to play on sat day and my heart started to beat hard and i call my wife and she said it just an panic attack try the linden method it can help be strong brother

  • dude your just stressing your self out, i have those panic attacks too sometimes and what you need too do is eat healthy do some sport go outside and meet friends and at night before you go to sleep is to drink a camamile tea it works! i have those fears too your not alone. that chest pressure, pain all over, shaking feeling, paranoid a little. dude your going to be just fine, just let the panic pass on

  • Do you get chest pains?

  • look in mirror each time you have an attack youl notice ur pupils will be enlarged caused by addreniline rushing through ur body fight/flight mode all those symptoms is panic disorder . floaters are white dots i get all time if you had brain tumor you'd be having constant fits and strange sence of smell blacking out...

  • linden method

  • i know how you feel ,i think you are having it bad at night because you are tying to relax but the stupid adrenilne is surging thru you causing you to be on high alert , i have 2 kids and my husband doesnt not understand how awful it is to have this. i feel so sorry for you, you are okay, please take care

  • do u see white dots after watching tv, that can happen, as it messes with your vision a little bit.

  • sometimes trying to massage things too much, doenst help or work.

  • Same things with me, fear of death. You feel fine for the whole entire day and then you get this thought and you feel like complete crap. I hate it and I wish it would go away!

  • hey i do the same thing it does feel like a stroke coming on you will have burning sensations start in your chest an will radiate through your whole body it is adreniline rush you can get a beta blocker will stop most of that i take bystolic and i do get mine at night to the reason is at night your mind is less occupied with thoughts take a valium about 6pm you will be fine man damn i was doing same shit i thought i was having a heart attack or stroke

  • I experience the SAME thing. I have anxiety every day, but if I allow it to reach a certain level, I will have a panic attack (because I know when I will get one, I'm able to take xanax to prevent them). I always feel the same way - can't breath (and when I do, it's shallow), tingly/numb cold hands and feet, racing heart beat, feeling of emptiness and doom.. I haven't experienced death, but I feel like I am about to die every time I have an attack. I get them in different types: I always have

  • night anxiety - something about it being dark and quiet, makes me think more; there's also claustrophobic/crowd anxiety - being in a large group of people; any time I'm alone.. and sometimes, they come for no reason at all (subconciously, I suppose). I always "feel", "hear", or "see" something that makes me think I'm dying. If the a/c turns off, and I feel a little warmer, I think something's wrong with me; if my heart skips a beat, I think I'm about to die from cardiac arrest; if my head hurts

  • I don't think "head ache", I think "tumor, aneurysm, etc". It's an awful thing, being a hypochondriac who always thinks they're dying paired with panic attacks which affirms the idea. I am 26 and have had them since I was 7. They've only got worse. Nothing really helps me aside from anti-anxiety meds; which SUCKS, I don't want to depend on medicine.. but I cannot convince myself I am ok. I really do hope that you're ok and maybe see a DR.. for medicine or therapy, that is. Good luck!

  • blondie is 100% right night is when your mind goes to rushing thought mode and health concerns man im even getting anxiety around crowds i was always outgoing person but lately i cant even function when i go to walmart or places like it i would get this shooting sensation of burning all through my body like an instant sunburn with tingleing, i would have my thyroid checked out i did mine was normal but it can cause your adreniline to be out of whack

  • try doing some stretches every morning when you wake up

  • hey man.. I've experienced the same thing before (I thought that I would die if I fell asleep.. that I could "trick" my body into shutting down). I sent you a private message.
