You also have to eat the noodles with the broth, you can't just pull them out and let them dry out by themselves. Take the noodles with your chopsticks, put them into that spoon and then dip the spoon in to the water. Then, the spoon which is now full of broth and noodles and place it into your mouth. x_x

Egh, but still a quick vid would be awsome. Whenever i eat Pho or go to asian restarants i feel like a super chopstick holding foreigner in my own country :-P Heck, even my boyfriend says i hold my chopsticks funny. He's Vietnamese, im African-American if u must know. T_T
