Productivity is a result of Efficiency, and not energy efficiency like some are talking right now, but COMPLETE Efficiency... if you don't know the Baselines of your business how can you improve it?... if your Equipment isn't kept and operated properly how can you depend on it?... if your organization has no good workers communication & training how can you get people to do the right things?... get it? Process, Equipment, Personnel, the core elements.... get the Industrial Efficiency Triangle.
It's much better to use 1/3 or 1/5 cut file folders instead of the ones you are using. They are harder to find in Australia but they are available. Also: get rid of the hanging file folders & try find a filing cabinet DA describes in his book (would be almost impossible to find in Australia). Filing something should take less than 60 seconds or else your brain would resist & just give up.
Great video, thanks for sharing. I am just starting out with GTD and its great to see how other people are doing it. I'll make a vid too once everything is all set up!
Great vid man. Might not seem like a lot to make these videos but it really cleared up the issue of hanging files and manilla files for me because im finding it difficult to find "non-hanging" filing cabinets which are recommended in the book. Thanks mate :D

I suggest using a labeler for your files. David Allen says it improves the filing habit. Good luck and thank-you for sharing !
