  • I hope Carol gets on the Gerson protocol.

  • calling him "the boy" is smart marketing....as in "out of the mouth of babes"...implying that even "children" understand. There is a point to it :).

  • @llwest63

Also, children are the most affected by it.

  • I'm a avid weightlifter. I supplement with allot of protein and l-glutamine. Is this also bad because l-glutamine from the protein and the free form amino can also activate the nmda receptor. Is this bad? :/

  • Dammit - I love this film, and it's message is SO important, ...but the narrator really needs to find another synonym for "The Boy". It's getting so irritating that I can barely follow the storyline. Here's an idea; Just call him by his name!

  • @MrTenshihanQuinn

So true! The narrator's tone sounds utterly condescending, doesn't it? "Hmmm boyyyyy????" Yeah, calling "the boyyyy" by his name, "Garrett", would be perfectly fine.

  • they do not say that every single drug is harmful at all ,.just that most modern drug's can be harmful ,.which is very tru,.

  • @natchorules The reason they don't tell you "as FACT" that all drugs are harmful is because they will get sued and then put in jail for interfering with pharmaceutical profits.

  • Every single drug does harm? wtf

  • Don't listen to what some people tell you about brain or mental health relating to dementia and parkinsons disease.Yes, MSG is a big factor for one thing.

But the "keeping your brain active" with mental exercises is not true.Physical Exercise is the Only Factor affecting your chances of getting mental illnesses.Exercise more, and you'll have better mental health. This is Definitely True.

  • great work

  • the are many alternatives to capitalism. we are just so trained to think inside the box and not think of alternative ways of living and exchanging goods and services. There are many examples of alternative economies out there once you open your eyes to the idea. work to live exchange programs, communes and even the system we live in today is proof that other systems can work much better when the corruption is eliminated. We are all anarchists at heart, you just have to realize it. peace.

  • Capitalism didn't fail: We failed as citizens. We stopped being involved players and trusted elected officials to do what we should have been doing ourselves. We have removed ourselves from the process so that we can make more money, live in bigger houses, own multiple cars, and fill our lives with entertainment and luxury. Nothing wrong with those things by themselves, but we only have ourselves to blame for not keeping our manufacturers and food providers accountable - Don't blame others.

  • "Children no longer have the same mental capacity as their parents due to the large amounts of excitotoxins causing a great number of diseases..." "A silent toxicity" "Brain cells are being destroyed" "strongly associated with the growth of cancer" DON'T EAT EXCITOXINS!

  • fu$k capitalism

  • @Nomels not capitalism, corporatism

  • @thatcrazypiranhaguy F*** capitalism, free market and corporatism. An action based on profit motive is sick

  • @Nomels and the alternative to capitalism is govt controlled socialism- which is what is currently helping the drug companies and food corporations choke off true treatments to cancer- good answer.

captialism didn't fail, human green and corruption did by means of the corporate enterprise. true free market captialism is 100% different from corporatism. true free market economics have no ties between business and govt, corporatism relies on the relationship. brush up on your facts son.

  • @thatcrazypiranhaguy Governments make me puke. Countries are farms. Corporation immigrate to other farms in search for cheaper labor, weaker legislation and resources. Capitalism failed, because it created even stronger government control over citizens. Capitalism is statism.

  • @Nomels I was puzzled by your comment on capitalism since capital exists in any system; the differences are just who controls it -- [politicians and bureaucrats or the people who earned and saved it. When you state Capitalism is Statism it was clear. You really are talking of Corporatism which is the system this country has increasingly suffered during the last century. Independent entrepreneurs and farmers and tradespeople -- and cooperatives -- all need capital to invest in tools etc.

  • @leafwatch WELL SAID!!!!

  • @thatcrazypiranhaguy Why are you so afraid to let go of capitalism? Capitalism is the worship and control of MONEY. This is the root of everything evil. We were taught in school that capitalism/free enterprise is the basis of our democracy. But it was a lie then and it is a lie now. Capitalism must fail because it is based on the pyramid of profit, where the few feed off of the many and thereby grow rich and powerful...

  • 0:15 Seriously, they staged that meal. Nobody orders all that food...burgers and fries and ice cream unless they are overweight or...on camera. Come on... MSG in almost an "infinite amount of foods"? Total exaggerations.

  • @matwocents Even if not many people eat that ammunt at once (though, there are more people who do than you'd think), I think the point was the addictive qualitty of the flavor enhancers in fast-food and industrialized food.

Crazy thing is that there's a brand of GSM powder sold as "flavor enhancer" in my country that has over 50 years of "good name" behind it and sells like nobody's business. I remember it tastes slightly salty, but sweet too. And what a headache it brings.

  • @matwocents Why is that hard for you to believe...? Think about the hidden sugar and salt, all the artficial coloring and preservatives added to processed foods - why can people believe that about sugar, salt, dyes, and preservatives, but not about MSG? And believe me, people DO eat like that - esp teenaged boys.

  • @matwocents so no one orders a combo at mc donalds ? or sonic or sumtin. burger fries shake?

  • @Rivalinfantry Look at this kid stuffing his face with an ice cream Flurry (not part of a combo) before he even finishes his burger and fries, stuffing his mouth so much (0:16) his cheeks are bulging out. Guy says he's eating "like he's possessed." You need to understand the purpose of this is for film making to achieve the desired reaction in the audience. This isn't unaltered unscripted reality.

  • @matwocents well yea he has the public to try and grab attention from

i get that but there are people if not that kid who do do that

  • Why does he keep calling him a boy? Why can't he say "young man"?

  • @conspiracist Maybe because he IS a boy...? Maybe because they're trying to make that point that not only are we poisoning ourselves, we are poisoning our children? Maybe because what they're trying to say is the information is out there and that it is so plain and obvious that a child can see what's being done to us - what we're doing to ourselves?
