The main problem is becuase the service provider of the Internet. You can browse some website & some of them not. Sometimes is becuase the PSNetwork itself, they close the connection for the users until they solve some issues. Then they open it for all.

IF USIN THE PROXY ON THE NETWORK SETTINGS PUT BACK TO DO NOT USE thats worked for me :)

is easy to fix just go to network settings . custom look 4 proxy and it has to be on do not use and it should work fine.
