Simply HEROIC!!!! Fabulous, esp. the one-arm both legs together handstand, and the one-arm L-support, both legs *outside* the supporting arm. Happy New Year!!!!
@inofen - I dont know how much do handstand platorms cost now. My platforms are too old, they were in use even in the USSR) I think that it is not so difficult to make small variation by yourself
- my wrists hurt every day, unfortunately this is also a part of training( I often use different support bandage.
@inofen I find that the taller you are the more likely you are to get wrist soreness or injury. I highly recommend doing wrist exercises such as wrist curls or wrist pushups, and long warm ups to prevent pain
This is amazing, very inspiring. I am 59 years old and I am trying to undo years of stiffness. Great!. If I get to 10% of your mobility I will be extremely happy! Adding this to my favorites!
@1997andrei1997 Ну растяжка по меркам эквилибристов у меня хреновая, мне надо бы всерьез ей заняться) Ну а секрета особого нет... Тянуться и еще раз тянуться!!!
@Silverstarlightt I did not go to classes, i have learned it bymyself. When i started, i had a small acrobatic base. I have been training for 3 years,
Incredible! I commend you on your dedication and commitment. Truly amazing strength and skills you have developed. Very inspirational. Thank you for sharing.
@1997andrei1997 В основном балансами, сейчас пробую учить некоторые элементы из брейка. На перекладине занимаюсь только летом, но ничего особого не делаю.
How long did it take you to get your saddle press? I am working really hard trying to get it down but there is no one to learn from here so I am trying to teach myself. I can do it against a wall but haven't been able to progress from there. Gorgeous splits you have too! Thanks for posting! You're amazing and your one arm handstand looks so steady!
Congratulations! Incredible!!
