  • i was thinking about doing this stacking a supercharger on the turbo

because a 300d spool up so slow

  • perfectly done ! nice !

  • could you send me a list of every part used

  • Turbo and supercharging. One for turning, one for burning. One for sucking, one for blowing

  • twat

  • ha ha classy d turbo

  • @ADERRICKHAND

Perhaps the fuel of the car is CRACK

  • 5cylindre turbo

  • Valtosen auto??

  • @sinaputkiacc

yes, it was his previous work , and i had come to know now he has fitted an om606 engine with dry sump and twin turbo !!

  • Sweet............

  • don't judge the car by it's farts..

LoL, that baby is a monster

  • fastest in the world? You deffinetly didnt saw mines..

  • Two words: Holy. Fuck.

  • Typical merc sound?......i dont give a shit. Tbh tho, its jap cars and muscle cars all the way.

  • Hey hesam0000 diesels dont use carburettors.........

  • Fuck yea ! Can I type that on here?

  • What year is this lovely Cadillac??

  • Comment removed

  • @Hesam0000 Where do you see a gasoline V8 engine?

  • @nwfklan In this video! That sound coming from this car is not a diesel engine, that's either a V8 out of Corvette or a 300+HP engine. No turbo diesel can rev so fast, this car has no turbo lag and sounds too soft to be a diesel. A 500HP diesel sounds like an 18-wheeler.

  • @Hesam0000 You have no idea about what you're talking about. How do you explain the black smoke when he starts his burnout, when he lets off the trottle a little and a black smoke comes out of the white cloud? How do you explain the flutter sound comming from the turbo in the end? No V8 engines sound like a inline 6. ITS A 3 L INLINE 6 ENGINE, not a 35L V8 diesel. You may wanna look at this video, its a car of the same type as this, used in drifting. watch?v=HhxsN7HGo2Y and his channel.

  • @nwfklan Black smoke comes out of American V8 with out of tune carburetors. This can be an aftermarket GM engine with Holley carburetor. Listen to the fast rev at 0:3 to 0:4 sec time. No turbo diesel can rev to 4000rpm in half second, if you owned a diesel you know what I mean, hell, I'd be glad if my diel gets to 3000RPM in 6 seconds. Only a none-turbo gas engine has enough low-end horsepower to get to 4000rpm in half second. The flutter is an overheated out of breat V8 coming to stop. Continue

  • @Hesam0000 You fail so hard, its hard to imagine. How do you explain the picture of the engine bay, with a 6 cylinder engine with a large turbo, and the mercedes sign on the valve cover? dont make yourself look even more stupid.

  • @nwfklan Where in the hell do you see a picture of engine with MB sign?!!! You guys are so dumb, you think adding bigger turbo can raise the horsepower by 378HP!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA A bigger turbo can add 40HP and no more, 300d TURBO has only 122HP in original form.

  • @Hesam0000 In the description of the video, THERE IS A LINK, FOLLOW IT. FACE IT, you are wrong. And i really wanna see a video of a V8 gasoline making that flutter sound and black smoke

  • @Hesam0000 I can argue all nigh long, if thats what you want. because you are wrong my friend. you chould do some more research about the 3L turbo diesel engine in mercedes W123. And about you turbo argue, with a larger turbo and bigger injectors, you can easily get more than 40hp extra out of that engine. its capeable of well over 400HP and 700nm +++ with stock internals.

  • @Hesam0000 Hey, Hesam, do you still think thats a 500HP V8 ? if so, you need serious help.

  • @nwfklan Guy says it's not his car! he posted some site's link & claims this 123HP car turned into a 400-500HP car by adding a bigger turbo & a supercharger! All I can say is that if their modification could add 200-300HP to the original & if the old 30 year old engine could handle that pressure & not crack then that's a miracle & they deserve the honor!

I know superchargers add 120-170HP to gas engines but diesels are different, possibly 100HP gain+30HP from big turbo=123+130=253HP total.

  • @Hesam0000 I just have to laugh.

  • @nwfklan For now laugh until you learn the math and mechanics. It's not as if you know the builder of this engine and you've tested it yourself! You're going by what this guy says and you choose to believe him, but I don't because I listen to the 2 wrooom-wrooom at 0:03 and right away I can tell that there's noway a turbo-diesel can rev so high so quick(4000RPM in 1sec) even a V8 gas hardly can, the sound is like a 16-valve, souped up 4cyl CRX. And I still say that's close to 400HP if not more.

  • @Hesam0000 Till i learn the math ang mechanics...i wanna see your calculations! im not going by what this guy says, im just using my eyes and ears and KNOWLEDGE. This car sound NOTHING like a V8 engine, and that "quick" rev at 0:03 isnt close to 4k rpm LOL. 3k maybe, but not a single rpm more. If you think you can't do a burnout like this with less than 400HP, you havent driven a rwd diesel before. And its a 6 cylinder engine. You cant use your knowledge about how a v8 sound at different RPM's

  • @nwfklan This car weighs 3900 pounds with driver (if he's not too fat). I have a nice 86 300SDL in the garage with 148HP. Before that I had a 315HP 97 Mercedes SL500, and since 1983 about 110 cars(truth), every model you can think of including 7 MB diesels. My SL500 could hardly rev that fast or burnout like this car and that wasn't even a wagon. By the way, at it's peak this rev sounds faster than my SDL going 80mph at 3500-4000rpm. You may be able to do a burnout with 300HP but not so quick.

  • @nwfklan : 5 Cylinder diesel here in the video! :o)

  • @unimogman404 Yup i know.

  • @nwfklan I watched that video and nowhere it says it's a diesel engine. They only use the old, cheap Mercedes wagon bodies because they are the best $800 bodies then they add a Chrysler or GM V8 and there you go, a hot-rod wagon. I saw 1 for sale with 383 Chrysler for $13000 and watched a video now where the guy from Finland said he changed both engine & transmission. If they could get 500HP out of a 300D then everyone would've bought one!

  • @Hesam0000 Where did you read it was a 500hp engine?? you dont need a 500hp engine to do that.. Tho you saw a car like this for sale, with a V8 in it doesnt mean they are all V8. Hey Hesam? do you still mean this is a V8 engine in the merce in the video?

  • @Hesam0000 500HP petrol V8, hahah. you just made my day

  • @ubern0b By the way, the black smoke you see is from tires and only white smoke comes out of exhaust from overheat and bad fuel mixture due to continuous pumping of carburetor. Again I'm repeating that this can be a diesel ONLY if adding a supercharger, big turbo and injector pump can up the HP to minimum 300 from 123HP. Then we can give it a benefit of doubt because old MB's didn't have skid control. Supercharger or turbo still don't explain quick high rev they just add to the peak HP.

  • @Hesam0000 : Really, pumping of the carb.... on a diesel ???? Get real ! ;o)

  • @unimogman404 I found out what this really is. I was right about the horsepower which is around 470-500HP. The quick acceleration that I suspected is achieved by adding a supercharger, twin turbos and an upgrade to fuel-pump and injectors. So you might say this is a 300TD but still not a 300TD because a 300TD doesn't include all that additions. If you throw a jet engine into a chevette it won't be a chevette anymore it just looks like one.

  • @Hesam0000 : It is still a OM617 , 5 cylinder diesel but with add on. The engine has not been changed like you state in "your chevette" , just modified. Still the same block. An by the way, there was never carbs on a diesel engine. Have a good day ! :o) ( Don't dig yourself further here ! )

  • @Hesam0000

who told you ever that a diesel engine have carburetor!!

have you been driving scooter lately ??

no diesel engine uses carburetor ...carbs are only used in petrol engine only ....

this car was modified very heavily and extensively to sustain such increase in the hp and torque ...

  • @ubern0b Did I mention that I saw a nice 81-82 300 D wagon for sale at high $13000 with 383 Chrysler engine?

  • @Hesam0000

who had told you it's gas v8.....

it is 300d with original 5 cylinder diesel but with tweaks and big turbo and big supercharger....

it is no way petrol !!!!

  • @harpreet928 If you scroll down the comments you'll see that I said the same. I was arguing with this guy that this is not the 300D power but it's 470-500HP far more than a 300D's 122HP. I had seen a same exact 300TD wagon with 383 Chrysler engine, then found out this is a heavily modified 300D with twin turbos, supercharger, modified injectors, fuel pump and headers. So it is a 300D while it's not a 300D.

  • @Hesam0000

i saw your comment after i had posted mine, so i acknowledge and appreciate your earlier comment.

Secondly, I too have that 300d pictures with which is been modified with Chrysler engine, and i am interested to look more details of it because i did tired to find about it i think in 2008 or 2009 but then i could but although i still have it pictures with me !!

So, can you provide me more info on it such as links or website or videos .. i am interested to see it's engine bay & fittings

  • @harpreet928 The one I saw was for sale on Phoenix Craigslist almost 4-5 months ago for $13,000. It was a 300TD wagon with 383. I own a 148HP 1986 300SDL with 245,000 miles that runs great & gets 29-30 mpg, and I just started using biodiesel and it runs just fine without any modification. I wish i had the money or skill to add a supercharger to this car.

  • @harpreet928 if its an OM606 as is said about it in other videos, then it is an inline 6 from 1993 to 2001. It's still very impressive, but the original W123 diesels are not really cut out for that kind of thing.

  • @mrdannygoon

it is modified original OM617 turbo model with supercharger and bigger turbo and with MYNA pump modifications.

you can see the pics of the car engine in the link i specified in the INFO section

    seeing is believing !!

It is not OM606, but Om606 is ultimate engine but this one is really turbo Om617

  • @harpreet928 300d is an 6 cylinder the 250d has 5 cylinders, get your facts straight.

  • @teethendrikson

Do you have an organ called BRAIN in your body ? look before you leap and think before you speak are the morals of life which you don't know buddy !!

it's W123 and 300D of W123 model is 5 cylinder only , it never came with 6 Cylinder idiot , the 6 cylinder 300D came in W124 model mercedes ! now you get your facts straight, Mr. Dork !

250 came in both W123 and W124 also ..... the facts you are telling is about W124 but this clip is of W123 model and it is indeed 5 cylinder !

  • @Hesam0000 do you not see that black smoke of a diesel coming out of it.

  • @michaelpack1988 Yes, 90% of gas engines with bad carb tune let out black smoke under hard acceleration but read my other comments, this is a heavily modified diesel, kinda like Rosanne Barr after 200 surgeries.

  • @Hesam0000 when th evedio starts you can heaar it idle, and i clearly sounded like a diesel

  • @michaelpack1988 Godddd, why can't you people read?? I SAID I KNOW IT'S A DIESEL. 2 MONTHS AGO I SAID 'A 300D CAN NOT DO THIS BECAUSE THIS CAR HAS 450-500HP & 300D HAS 122HP" AND I WAS RIGHT BECAUSE THIS IS JUST A BODY AND ENGINE BLOCK OF 300D, EVERYTHING ELSE IS MODIFIED/UPGRADED, and it does have 450-500HP. Now if some of you insist that this is a 300D then fine, but don't go paying $15,000 for a 83 300D thinking you can donut with it :)

  • @Hesam0000 gasoline engine shouldn't have came up in your comments at all.

  • @michaelpack1988 It could be because just a month ago I saw a same 300TD Wagon listed on Craigslist for $13000 with a 383 chrysler engine, not to mention the horsepower in this thing which is 3 times the regular diesel's.

  • @Hesam0000 I wouldn't want it, Like you said it wouldb't be a 300 d. I think someone has tuned mine up some cause everyone tells me that has says mine feels like it has more power than there's.

  • @michaelpack1988 I love to add a supercharger, 2 larger turbos, headers, upgraded injectors and injector pumps to my 86 300SDL. Just seeing the look on the face of Porsche driver in the next lane getting beat by a mysterious diesel is worth the investment. I bet for the next 5 days they'll think "What the hell?!!!!!".

  • pretty good driving !! takes balls to do that soo close to the building

  • I'd really love to see this supercharger you speak of, I'd also love to see this run at the track to prove it's the world's fastest diesel mercedes rather than the worlds most impressive donut spinning diesel mercedes.

  • I was wondering if the oil cooler is actually nessessary to have besides having an air conditioner. Is it possible to remove the oil cooler and hoses? Usually I monitor the heat of the engine thru the cluster and use the fan to vent the air to the cabin to assist the engine fan.

  • @suntraider

    I didn't modified it

some guy from FINLAND did it and I think yes oil cooler is necessary coz with this much of torque and supercharger and turbo the engine will definitely get heated up alot.

  • just great!!

  • Awesome ! I must visit Finlandia! :D i have only 17 old but Mercedes-Benz(w123,w124,w140) is my lifelong love... Mercedes rulezzz 8-)

  • I was told in Finland they build quite insane turbo Mercedes. Very impressive!

  • Did you have a blow off in diesel engine ?

  • So nice! What type of modifications have you done to her? thumbs up!

  • @the124Lscania

    hey this is kinda fun.

go flip burgers for spare quid cobber!

  • @the124Lscania

Get off the computer and go do something productive you pudgy video watching burger-flipper.

  • @the124Lscania Aussies are famous for raping their daughters and selling them to kangaroo knocking shops.

  • @the124Lscania

is the headline giving you any problem?

why don't you suggest me one jack ass

  • haha awesome

  • What rear end and transmission were used on this project? Unsure if the stock rear can handle anything over the standard horsepower. Now you got me thinking, this should be my next build on my 78 300D. No excuses now, this is an awesome car.

  • @sirHOAX

well this is not my car but i have one link mentioned in the MORE INFO abt this video and you can see the pics about this car custom work and it's special clutch plate work and pressure plate

plus i think it's more about your skills to do thsoe donuts even with stock engine

  • @harpreet928 just amazed what a little ingenuity can do. Goes along way when you have the skills. Like you said. Considering my is non-turbo its exciting just to get an open road to try to hit 85mph! Takes a little time but no less, had a 1998 nissan altima and that thing was nice off the line, but handling nothing crazy. The MB has a much nicer feel at higher speeds.

  • @tommysbrowncaddy

is that a Cadillac brother to you

  • @tommysbrowncaddy

Yeah man! Do you dig the 34" gold rims? And the gold-plated dollar signs around the Cadilac crest? Really pimpim, yo!

  • @otherdalek YES

  • ihhh ist der wagen hässlich..

  • gotta love those crazy fins

  • @jaredef

    no doubt brother

they are best i can say in custom work to any desired power out of any desired engine

  • fucking awesome

  • yes it is buddy

  • to jest nie mozliwe, on ma jeszcze na dodatek obroty takie niskie co by nie pozwolilo na takie krecenie sie

  • Asiaa,,,, Finland, there is no slow Diesels,,,

  • i agree

i really wanna meet finnies who are best at custom jobs for diesels

and mika hakkinen is also i suppose from finland whom i consider best driver ever

  • Owned some Benz diesels, they are strong. Can run a month non-stop. Currently own Toyota Fortuner, intercooled 3.0 turbo, very powerful. Damn, I wish they made more diesels for the market. My Land Rover also got a custom diesel in it for offroad. They can be noisy, though.

  • well sir

good to know that you afford so much luxury

but toyota had launced fortuner here also in india now and i also like it very powerful and efficient too

but yes i have passion for w123 coz my daddy use to ride it and i had grown up alongwith our car but this is not our the one in the video

our is blue colored sedan and this is station wagon

  • that's awesome. im looking into an intercooler for my 85 300D. From my understanding the factory fuel delivery and turbo when tweaked are good for up to 180hp, at roughly 15lbs of boost, but should be cooled to avoid melting just about everything haha.

  • actaully u need the air and mobil both to remain at cool temp cool air helps for best combustion and cool mobil oil makes sure u don't get the engine and head rings and piston worn out

    so he modified it superbly

  • that is ridiculously cool. How'd you fit them both (supercharger and turbo)?

  • ye sis dammm cool

go to the link i had posted in more info section where u see detailed description and this is not my car buddy

at the link provided you will see pics hwo a supercharger is fitted and hwo a turbo is made custom fitted and it also have clutch plates and pressure plate customed to meet the torque created

  • .....and best of all it was originally built in the 70's

  • and i think it is the best engineered vehicle at that time which still rocks

  • It certainly is! :D

  • Thats is amazing.

  • 300D? It doesnt sound like a diesel engine

  • @pat1981lux i'm not aware of any petrol engines that kick out that much black smoke....

  • then what does it sounds like brother

    petrol??

    kerosene??

    or

    diesel ........

  • gasoline

  • it is diesel brother go to the link which is posted in the INFO or click more info in the description you will see the pics and know yourself that is it a diesel or gasoline and may be if don't know brother diesel engines tend to produce more torque then gasoline and they run faster believe me check out the link

  • I agree, it doesnt sound like a diesel, but there is no doubt in my mind it is the good old OM617 under the bonnet..

  • nice.... i like

  • thank you

  • Very cool.

  • thank you

  • not bad I like that one perfect sleeper and fast grocery getter LOL

  • indeed... changes the way i think of wagons... i should get me a caprice wagon and pull off some crazy shit like this

  • thank you

  • well put together!

  • he he :)

  • nice sound : - )

  • Frickin' awesome.

  • woooooooow

    excellent

  • awesome car+good driver=great video.

  • it's superb modified engine + excellent driver = greatest driver on a w123 ever lol hehehe

  • very very nice, I have w123 230e , what type of modification can i put ?

is your car with backaxle racing( both rear wheels moving together how?)

    sorry for my bad english

  • a diesel wagon? badass!!!! and what is the benefit of having a turbo and a supercharger? thats what the description says, and i havent heard of that being done, so i was jsut wondering.

  • just do some surfing on net why do they put turbo and supercharger to their cars ,,,nut just this one

i am sure u can find the answer very well

  • I cant get the wb address u gave to work...bah!

  • well buddy that weblink is working absolutely fine i had just checked it ,,it just shows u pictures in details

  • can u pm me with the weblink incase I have missinterpreted the way its written, because I get "cannot display page".

    Thanks.

  • I just tried again and it said "cannot display page"!

  • buddy try it in different web browser or try it at different pc coz i checked the link again and it is working fine

  • good question...but badly answered by harpreet928

  • sorry i didn't had so much time to come and reply back very quickly but the weblink is working fine u can check out for pics

  • YES THAT ROCKED!!! I wish my 300sd could do that.

  • im guessing you redid the suspension as well? if i did that with my original 77 suspension i would be saggin hahaha.

  • plz don't add turbo to ur 300d if ur engine is NON- TURBO, coz u could make more power adding turbo to non -turbo but u will end up with damaged engine or pistons or crank rods ,,,

use original turbo engine coz it has rail of mobil-oil squirters under the piston to cool them unlike non turbo and it rods r nitrated and harden and heavier so use turbo engine don't add turbo to engine if it is non turbo

so non turbo doesn't have these features which Mercedes made exclusively for turbo engines

  • turbo cools down burn.... Just as long as he don't turn up pump too much.... Also The rods will be a flying..lol I thinking about buying turbo diesel mercedez. They hard to get power out of? Hard to turn up pumps? How do rods hold up?

  • how do rods hold up??

that is where mercedes comes in

    lol

  • Of course, i said:

Diesel cars are shit, if this are the Strongest

  • hahaha okie

well this car is in german i bet u why don't u race with this piece of shit or piece of can

    as u said .....

then we will see whose shit is gonna be burned out ......lol

  • Diesel autos sind schon scheiße, wenn das hier der stärste ist

  • can we know buddy what had you said in german language

  • i must say that is damn impressive for a cool old school mercedes well done. Makes me want to upgrade my 300 diesel w124 with the straight six engine. There is fair bit of room for mods, the car is quick as it is but think of what would happen with mods like that!!!!!!!!!!!makes you think

  • does anybody here know, who I can contact to buy a mynä dieselpump for my 300tdt s123 with om617a? I really need a e-mail or tlf-number or something like that.

  • performancediesel(dot)com Talk to Giles, he'll build you a killer performance injection pump. They're in Ontario, Canada. Top notch guys.

  • but I would prefer to get it from somebody here in Europe!..

  • The old lady still shakes her booty...

  • as they all say

    OLD IS GOLD

  • nice sleeper car , i have a 300D no turbo i dont think ill ever get it to be that fast unless i change the motor , w123 is #1 my 300D is 1981 currently being restored ,

  • yes w123 are bulletproof buddy don't add turbo to ur non-turbo change the engine with original turbo one ....

  • I'm building a 300tdt now, it will be fitted with mynä pump and bigger turbo, IC ++

I'm looking forward to produce som black smoke.

  • that good buddy but make a system to cool the mobil oil too and if u can install liqiud cooled intercooler it would make combustion more efficient rest u do as u feel buddy

    good luck

  • try the new diesel comes in 2010 its a 3liter diesel standard with 345 hp and over 600 nm of torque...

  • thx buddy i would look forward to get my hands on new engine

    cheers

  • bmw diesels are faster...

  • yeah never driven one but i m very tempted to drive one

    hope i drive out soon

  • yeah but the car the fast engine is in, is shit, the W123 will last forever, who the hell cares about BMW they suck

  • bmw and mercedes are almost the same...

  • almost, bmw has better handling due to shorter chassis and better steering radius. and a few other things.

  • that's true bmw is one of the best handling cars in the world...

  • are they fuk its lotus mate

  • NOT-AT-ALL.

Dont compare some shitty BMWs to mercedes

  • what the fuck you know about mercedes or bmw?? are you from europe??

  • I do know about those.

And yes, i am from europe. Ive had several german made cars and there has been HUGE differences between bmw and MB

  • yea, they both have 4 wheels, that's about it. And nothing is like a W123 Mercedes.

  • true, the theres a mercedez with w123 in europe with 1,300,000 original miles on the original engine.

  • That is bad ass, I have a 123 and I want that done to it.

  • How do i know how fast the car is if it does a burnie ??ß xD

  • look how much power it has smart one

  • supercharger AND Turbo on this one? sounds like Eaton stuff in the beginning of the video, but later on it sounds like turbo :) it has both?

  • I'm jelous lol

  • thanks

    that means the car rocksssss

  • hey could you send me info on the engine and turbo thanks carlos

  • fuck you! you badass son of a bitch! damn.

  • i got a sedan of those and i want it to sound like yours, what did you do to get rid of the deisel engine sound?
