this is so refreshing to see our classical dance forms being performed instead of the bollywood and bhangra theme dances that we are used to seeing...not that it's bad b/c those performances are very energetic/upbeat, but it's alway nice to go back to our traditional roots! great job guys:)

Bharatnatyam was a disaster..! Bharatanatyam is supposed to represent the element fire..!! There is no PUNCH in the dance..! Kathak was awesome..!Odissi is not bad!

I agree completely about the Bharatnatyam. It seemed scattered and like supporting cast. As for Kathak, for once the lehanga is right. Nowadays they make it such few gheras that it reduces the impact of chakkars. Though I wish the chunar swere less starchy. LOOOOVE the funk-interpretation!

this is AMAZING. genius concept, innovative choreography while still being traditional, good formation changes.

normally i would frown upon calabria being played in a classical dance collaboration but all three dance forms truly stick to their roots. it looks really really good! the bharathanatyam could have been a little cleaner though! if you had called it semi-classical i would be totally and completely obsessed!! nice job ladies!
