Like @Nubias said, it is called Flutter. In my guitar of the video the floyd rose style make this technic more easy and "strong" because the the wammy bar in pretty "tight". This model is the easiest to get that effect. I just pull the whammy until this escape from my fingers. This way the bridge shake, doing that flutter sound. Got that?

Aspiring shredders; never forget this and you will be a better musician for it.

Pay attention to tone and feel. Have a destination for your bends. Leads should be a piece of music within themselves, have a climax and a feel of resolution at the end. And yes, anyone can look up teenage kids here on youtube that can "outshred" Kirk, the chump, all day long.
