Hi all, I have managed to "beat" (kind of) showdown. In Sandbox mode for the above map, I placed 3 levels of slow-down towers on both sides of the path and then added the blade towers. When the showdown wave started, the creeps could not even make it to 1/4 of their path. They were getting killed! :) ... However, you cannot beat this wave because the creeps kept coming. Then after 1 HOUR of showdown, the game stopped to enter your name for the high score (which was 0 cause it was Sandbox mode!).
hmm I thought I did it right but maybe there was still something wrong :P
I could destroy many enemies and they didn't come through and they couldn'T move further a long time but suddenly they came through the zone of the slowers an then it was over ._.
I really don't think it can be won on normal mode. I played with the 100,000 money hack and still it took for ever to be able to pass it. I put around 10 to 15 of the money torrents. And when i got to level 57 took them out and put more of the blues to slow them down and frogs.

I hacked and gave up on showdown cuz it took too long.

Showdown was meant to be impossible. Even tho u have a field of slowers and razor towers you still wont beat it.

You have to make sure to put the correct amount of blues to slow them down.
