The Warren Report WAS wrong-even defenders of the lone assassin theory admit that. The HSCA report on the head shot is what is now accepted--the Warren report hypothesized a rear shot from the ext occ protuberance going UP and exiting from the rt temple, which is why the govt revised their own findings starting in 1965, and moved the entrance wound up by 11 cm. The only way to settle things is to exhume the body and find out what the damage REALLY was.

If you have to trace a ground up trajectory to save the frontal shot hypothesis then it would seem to me to be easier to believe a shot from behind which would be from a higher to a lower point. Although Daltex is an option, it seems easier to believe that, far from being a hero, JFK was actually a double dealer who promised to keep his hands off Cuba, broke his promise, and was murdered in revenge.

The problem with the theory is that it would be impossible for a sewer shooter to fire the shot at frame 313--the trajectory would be almost parallel to the curb and there's no way any human could stand inside the drain and properly aim any kind of gun. I've never bought into the Badge man theory. Either JFK was shot from behind the picket fence near the RR overpass (where there's a storm drain escape) or from behind (TSBD or Daltex). Nonetheless it was the TOP of the head that was blown off.

@wzazza The speed at which Zapruder's camera operated (18fps) combined with the speed of the bullet fired from the Mannlicher (1,900 fps) combined with the size of the images on 8mm film makes it impossible for the image of a bullet to appear on the film. What looks like a bullet is more likely to be tiny bits of dust/debris on the film. Besides, there are some people who say the film was altered (total foolishness). Don't you think the bullet would have been deleted during the alteration?

The drainage pipes are not big enough for a grown man to move through... I think Lee shot it from the back because the people that were wounded was more than 1, the person sitting in front of him was injured somewhere in the back to. And you would have to be tall to shoot out of the manhole since its deep so he cant hold it over his head, it wound be unaccurate.

was frontal and not from the side. The shooter had a better view of the head

without the first lady in the way. To shoot from the front is much easier than
