i reaaally like Trevor.1st of all his name is soooo cool.listen to it.spell it for about 10 times and realise how cool it is.ans his appearance..ohh.he is awesome.i cant find something bad at him.i wonder why Simon became the "main" hero.i mean..Trevor should have slain Dracula five times and not Simon.Simon or Trevor is stronger?
@metalpsips Cannonically, Trevor was the first Belmont to defeat Mathias after he became "Dracula". Simon is the first Belmont we ever got from Konami, plus he has the most games, so therefore he's pretty much legendary.
FFS... I haven't played this game... but... will Trevor be allright??? I need to know!! A Belmont can't be defeated by anyone!! Will he be able to stand back up and kick some arse?? He has to!!
yea julia saved him but like CVfan13 said he won't be fighting anymore but his future son and his Great grandson Simon Belmont will take over for him in the future
Its a shame that you cant use the "laser whip" in trevor mode (the shiny green whip that he uses when you battle him), since you were able to make and use the "laser sword" of Isaac (the shiny red sword that in fact, is more like a whip because is VERY flexible)
Uhhh....I think its somewhere in the basement of Dracula's Castle. Near the bone throne thing, i think, Im pretty sure its where you get a Miracle egg in Hector mode...
Yeah, lament can get boring at times, but I like a lot of the music. Curse of Darkness has almost endless action, and is never boring unless you get stuck on a boss or something, but for the most part, it's the better of the two games, so I reccommend Curse.
It does matter. I was suggesting someone else to buy both games and you made a response to it as if I were talking to you. Not that there's a problem with that. I just found it awkward, is all.
And also, how is Curse of Darkness "more action oriented" than Lament of Innocence? Last I recall, Lament of Innocence was more linear than Curse of Darkness. Of course, "linear" never means "bad".
That's really tough. It depends what you are looking for. If you the like whole dark, gothic atmosphere, and tragic stories, get Lament. But if you prefer a game with a sense of adventure, really epic storylines, and an ending that doesn't make you cry, get Curse of Darkness.
Yes, it's actually pretty good up til the point where stuff starts repeating. I'd have probably shown some art of Trevor from CV3, or even fan pics just to fill the time. There's certainly more to him than just what we see in CoD. Also, you should have left out the stabbing scene, because I hate it ;)
Can you play as Trevor in that game? it yes, ITEM GET!

Get both games!

I own both games, and I prefer Lament in terms of story, music, and authentic Castlevania gameplay.
Curse is more towards the action gamers out there, but I still enjoy it a lot.

Besides...........
LoI and CoD's gameplay = Equally impressive
LoI and CoD's story = Equally riveting
LoI and CoD's music = Equally gorgeous
LoI and CoD = Equally great Castlevania titles

I didn't mean that. I'm just saying that both games are very enjoyable, but one may be better than the other in the minds of other gamers.
