Simple really, if you have the patience. Just take pictures of any figure, without moving your camera, just move the figure bit by bit and put the pics in a movie maker program and put them together. I think there are tutorial vids that explain how to master this "Stop Motion" video technique

try to get a hold of some protective padding off of some packages and cut them into your desired size and cover them with electric tape and cred duct tape also and fold them i half wit the ropes insidee

I just used a bed sheet that i don't use anymore. and the post is actually a pipe with washers welded on to hold the wire, that is holding the ropes. I might make a vid showing a making of a ring.
